Family Time

Neil placed Avni on the bed. Misti came running into the room.

M: muma yeh dekho meri mehendi kitni dark hai. (Muma look the mehendi is so dark.) She held up her 2 tiny hands showing them to Avneil.

A: dekhao!!! (Show me!!!) Avni said extending her hand. Misti jumped onto the bed.

N: wow yeh kitni achi hai. (Wow it's so beautiful.) Misti smiled cutely. Just then Misti saw that Avni's feet was covered mehendi. She was confused.

M: muma aapke pair mein bhi mehendi hai par baki sab ne toh sirf haath mein hi lagai hai kyu?? (Muma why is your feet covered in mehendi others only put it on their hands why??)

Neil pulled Misti and cocooned her into his arms.

N: kyuki aapki muma ki shaadi hone wali hai. (Because your mom is getting married.)

Avni blushed.

M: kise Mowgli se. (Who to Mowgli??) Misti smirked and Avni laughed

N: ha ha tum bhi mere jale pe namak chirak lo. (Ya ya you also laugh at my problems.)

M: kya aapne har manli?? (What you accepted defeat ??)

N: ayee Neil Khanna kabhi bhi har nahi manta specially tumhari muma ki case mein. (Ayee Neil Khanna never accepts defeat especially in your muma's case.) Neil said looking mischievously at Avni. Their eyes locked. Misti just looked at them. Just then Riya came calling them but they didn't budge.

R: Avni? Avni? When she entered the room, she saw Misti sitting in Neil's lap while Avni and Neil were busy looking at each other.

R: hawwwww!!!! Tum dono kitne besharam ho bache ke samne hi shuru ho gaye??!! (Hawwww!!! You guys started in front of the kid??!!) They came back to their senses.

N: Riya ai...aisa kuch nahi hai. (Riya i...it's nothing like that.) Aman also came.

Am: di chalo sab..... (Di come eve...) He trailed off as he saw Neil.

A: kya hua bool na. (What happened speak.)

Am: ma..main band mein aata hu. (I.. I will come later.) Aman was about to go when Riya stopped him and pushed him on the bed.

R: chalna Neil khaiga nahi. (Come Neil won't eat you.)

Am: kya pata kya kya karega. (Don't know what what he will do.) Aman mumbled.

N: ayeee bolana sry galti se ho gaya tha. (Ayeee I said na sry. It was by mistake.)

Am: aisi galti kaun karta hai?? Kiss karne se phele dekh toh lete kise kar rahe ho!!! (What kind of a mistake was that?? You should've seen before kissing who it was!!!)

N: technically galti Avni ki hai. (technically it was Avni's fault.)

A: wah dinner khud khaya aur bill mujhe bharne ke liye de diya. (You kissed him and now it's my fault.)

N: acha theek hai sry mere bhai pls mujhe maaf karde. (Ok fine sry bro ppls forgive me.)

Am: agar Kareena ne mujhe shaadi nahi ki na toh main aapse kabhi baat nahi karoga. (If Kareena doesn't marry me then I will never talk to you.) Aman said while pouting. Ali also came.

Ali: arre tum sab yaha ho main kabse dhoond raha tha. (You guys are here I am searching for you since so long.)

N: kyu?? (Why??)

Ali: kyuki main neeche baro ke saath beth beth kar bore ho gaya, arre kitni cheesy baatein karte hai yeh log uff. (Because I am fed up sitting with the elders, they are so cheesy uff.) Ali also sat on the bed complaining.
