Misunderstandings

The best day Neil had left early before the guards wake up so he doesn't get caught. He left a letter for Avni so she doesn't panic seeing him not there.

After a while Vidyut woke up.

"Oh god mera sir itna kyu dard kar raha hai?" He asked himself holding his head in his hands.

Somehow he got up and went to the washroom to freshen up. After sometime, Vidyut came out wiping his hair with the towel lost in his thoughts.

"Main mere room mein kaise pohoncha? Jaha tak mujhe yaad hai, main toh party mein tha, toh phir yaha... Vidyut tu bhi na, koi guard leke aa gaya hoga." Vidyut ignored his thoughts.

Vidyut sat in his office reading an important file and got angry reading and error on it.

"Varun! Varun!" He yelled for one of his employee who got the file ready.

He entered the cabin frightened by Vidyut's anger.

"What is this nonsense?! Tumhe pata bhi hai kitni bari mistake hai iss file mein. Yeh Oberois ki file hai, humare subse important investor!" Vidyut chucked the file ok the floor.

"I need this file done in 2 hours, otherwise consider yourself jobless." Vidyut said coldly and went back to his work on the laptop.

Varun took the file and left the cabin. Few minutes later Neilanjana came in with a file.

"Sir yeh Saxenas ki file ready ho gayi hai aap ek baar dekh lijeya." Neilanjana handed him the file.

Vidyut read over it and was impressed.

"Brilliant! Finally someone who does their work properly." Vidyut signed the papers.

"Ummm... sir ek baat kaho, bura toh nahi maanege?" Neilanaga asked.

"Kaho." Vidyut replied continuing his work.

"Sir wo main company ke work rates check kar rahi thi aur pata chala ki they have decreased by 5% since a few months aur productivity bhi kam ho gayi hai. Main soch rahi thi ki aap agar employees ke saath ache se behave kare toh they will be motivated to work faster and more effectively." Neilanjana explained.

Vidyut glared at her. She thought that she said something wrong so she hung her head down ready for his anger.

"Actually you know what Neilanjana, I think you are right. They will listen to me more if I treat them better. Umm how about a small break? We don't have any meetings this week so it will be perfect. What say?" Vidyut asked while Neilanjana nodded smiling.

Vidyut went outside and announced the leave while everyone was in shock looking at their short tempered boss. Ballu found it fishy how Vidyut would do something that he would never no matter what.

Vidyut came back into his cabin, Neilanjana was still there.

"Well what are you waiting for?" Vidyut asked.

She raised her eyebrows in confusion.

"Arre tum bhi toh employee ho na toh tumhe bhi chuti hai." Vidyut said.

"Thank you sir." Neilanjana smiled and left.

"Yes yeh perfect chance hai Neil se baat karne ka." Avni thought to herself.

"Iss ladki pe nazar rakhna." Ballu ordered one of his men.

Neilanjana was too fast to disappear so his men couldn't find her.

The Khanna family were sitting in the living room chit chatting. Neil came down from his room texting someone. He locked his phone and slid it into his pocket and looked up to be shocked.
