A few weeks back into Boston, Scarlet's family treated her the same since the day she left but she kept her distance even though she tries to show respect to them but they would just ignore her. She has two older sisters and two older brothers plus both her parents. At least Scarlet's music is what kept her busy and going, because now she has openings at concerts in different areas of New York especially at Central Park. Scarlet and Guilmon were currently at a therapists building. Guilmon was currently bored but was also lost in thought.

'I don't understand what are we doing over here again. I thought all her troubles were over, her family isn't bothering her as much as before and I haven't seen Scarlet cry since we last left Japan. Maybe she's hiding something from me. We've been coming here for two weeks now, what is it that Scarlet's not telling me'

He wondered in silence. Just then he heard the door knob turn and it was the therapist who opened the door for Scarlet who's eyes were bloody shot red like she's been crying. Guilmon jumped off his seat and walked towards Scarlet in concern.

"Are you okay?"

He asked with concern in his voice. Scarlet rubbed the top of Guilmon's head giving him a reassurance that she was okay. She then looked to her therapist and smiled.

"Thank you"

"No problem. I would recommend you to come and see me the day after tomorrow and give this to my receptionist so she can order your refills and book your appointment"

He said handing her two slips of papers. Scarlet nodded as she took the papers.

"Have a good day, you too Guilmon keep an eye on her"

He said with a smile. Guilmon smiled and waved.

"You too Dr. John bye bye"

The therapist smiled and waved as he closed the door. Guilmon and Scarlet headed to the receptionist and got her appointment and her refills. As they were walking down the street, the people didn't mind seeing a digimon since everyone had their very own but what made people stop and stare was that because Guilmon has a hazard symbol meaning a virus but he was good. Guilmon had his eyes on Scarlet because she haven't said a word but he decided to try.

"Scarlet..."

"Hey you know what I'm hungry how about we stop for a burger before we head home?"

Scarlet said with a smile as she cut Guilmon off. Guilmon's concern soon faded when food is mention.

"Okay"

After eating, they headed back home and went straight to her room. Scarlet sat on her bed biting her lower lip. Guilmon had his eyes on her and finally decided to ask his question.

"Scarlet I understand why you went to the therapist before because of your family but why are you going now? From what I seen I haven't seen your family bother you as much as before because now that I'm here with you. Did something happened that I don't know about?"

He asked as he got closer to Scarlet and sat on the floor looking at her. Scarlet was surprise by the question, she honestly didn't want to tell him.

"You promise that we'll be honest with each other. What are you hiding?"

He asked.

"Guilmon I really don't want to talk about...."

Just then Scarlet was cut off from her cell phone ringing. She took out her phone and answered it.

"Hello"

"......"

"Hey Roger what's up?"

She asked as she started talking with her producer, as she was talking she was looking at everything except Guilmon. After a while she hanged up the phone.

"That was Roger, he has set up a concert for me this weekend at Central Park"

She said with a smile. Guilmon frown.

"Scarlet..."

"Isn't that great? I bet..."

"Scarlet..."

".....their would be a lot of people there since they know that I'm back"

"....Scarlet!"

Guilmon said sternly. Scarlet quickly shut her mouth and look to Guilmon who then pointed to the bed signaling her to sit down. She immediately obeyed.

"Good now tell me, what is it that you're not telling me?"

Scarlet sadly looked at the ground.

"I don't want to talk about it"

Guilmon sat down beside her on the bed.

"Scarlet we're partners. We help each other out, we tell each other everything"

"Somethings are just best unsaid"

"But you can go and talk to your therapist but not to me?"

He asked slightly mad. Scarlet shook her head and stood up.

"I don't want to talk about this anymore, just drop it"

"Not until you tell me what's going on. Scarlet I feel like I'm running in the dark here, its like I don't know who you are anymore"

He said sadly. Scarlet sadly turned away not wanting to see Guilmon upset. Tears gathered in her eyes as flashbacks were coming back to her.

"Guilmon you have to understand, this is different"

"Then you will understand that I feel like I'm not doing my job as a partner of not protecting you"

"No Guilmon.... Its just please don't take it the wrong way, you are protecting me"

"But from who?"

He asked concern. Scarlet let out a sigh as she wiped her tears and turned back around and sat beside Guilmon once more. She sadly looked at him.

"Okay if I tell you please don't get mad"

"I promise"

Guilmon said raising his hand. Scarlet nodded as she leaned her head on his shoulder and began to tell him her story of what happened between her and Tai at Odaiba. After hours of talking and asking questions, Scarlet went to sleep crying her heart out. As for Guilmon he was angry at the fact that all of this happened right underneath his nose.

'Oh Scarlet, I'm sorry I wasn't there to help you but for now on I will be there for you all day if I have too. I will make sure Tai pays for what he's done to you. He may have apologize but that's not good enough. One day he will pay'

He thought angrily.
