Tai and Scarlet continue to grow stronger as each day passes. Tai felt he was ready to move on to the next level and have Scarlet become his wife and what better way than to ask the big question to her on the day of her birthday and her concert at the same time. On the other hand, he was a bit nervous on what Scarlet's answer might be but he was willing to take his chance. Scarlet and Tai were currently at home all dressed up.

"Oh Tai, I'm really sorry that I can't be able to go to the dinner reservation that you made for me. I appreciate it but you know the concert...."

Tai chuckled as he walked up to Scarlet and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"I know Scarlet and I understand, no worries just knock em dead out there"

Scarlet smiled at him and wrapped her arms around his neck giving him a loving kiss on the lips before pulling away.

"Thanks. How about this after my concert we can go to a late night dinner, and I'll pay"

"No come on Scarlet its your birthday, I'm paying and you can make it up to me later"

He said with a wink causing her to blush.

"Now get going before you're late for your concert"

"Okay okay"

She said as she pulled away and put on her jacket. Tai helped her and gave her a kiss on the lips.

"Happy Birthday"

"Thank you"

She said with a smile before leaving out the door. Once she left, Guilmon popped his head from around the corner and smiled.

"Every thing is set"

Tai turned around and smiled.

"Alright let's get going"

*At The Concert*

As Scarlet finished her song, she looked towards the crowd with a big smile.

"Who's ready for the last song?"

She asked and the crowd happily cheered.

"Hold it"

Said a voice. Scarlet raised an eye brow in confusion as she saw her manager come out from behind the curtain holding a microphone in his hand and walked up to her and placed his arm over her shoulder.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, a little bird had told me its someone's birthday and guess who it is?"

He asked towards the crowd who continued to cheer. Scarlet just let out a laugh with a light blush on her face.

"That's right you're looking at her. Now I myself am not a good singer but I would like to propse a song and everyone is going to sing along. Ready?!"

He said to the crowd who all quieted down. Scarlet heard footsteps behind her and looked back to see Kari, Yuuko, Susumu, Gatomon, Agumon and Guilmon standing by the side wearing formal clothing. She then frown when she notice Tai wasn't there.

'Why isn't he here?'

She asked to herself. Her manager and the crowd and the Kamiya family began to sing.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SCARLET
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU"

Scarlet smiled happily as she noticed they pushed a large cake onto the stage. She was speechless as the manager and the Kamiya family walked closer to the cake. Kari then handed the knife to Scarlet for to cut the cake.

"Who wants a piece?!"

The manager said on the microphone. The crowd continued to cheer and clap and taking photos. Scarlet smiled and began to slice the cake but then took a step back to see the top of the cake popped open with confetti to reveal Tai wearing a black tuxedo. Guilmon and Agumon helped him out of the fake cake. Scarlet covered her smile with her hand as she put the knife down. Tai smiled at her and quickly got down on his knee holding out a black box that had a diamond ring. Tai had a microphone connected on his ear for when he speaks, he speaks into the speaker.

"Scarlet, will you marry me?"

Scarlet was in tears and happily nodded.

"Yes. Yes I will marry you"

She said with joy. Tai smiled as slipped the ring on to her ring finger. He then stood up and was embrace with a hug and a kiss from Scarlet. The crowd happily cheered and yelled congratulations to the new couple on stage. The Kamiya family gave the couple a hug and congratulated them. The manager happily smiled and looked to the crowd.

"Don't worry we haven't forgotten you guys. We will be passing out slices of the real cake just be patient"

Tai and Scarlet smiled into each other's eyes as they leaned their forehead on each other.

"Oh Tai this was the best present ever. Thank you."

"You're welcome babe. I'm just thrilled at the fact you said yes"

"How could I say no? We overcome everything that was thrown our way and we still manage to be here"

She said giving a loving kiss on the lips. Tai smiled as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"You mean everything to me Scarlet. I love you from the moon and back."

"Oh Tai"

She said lovingly as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"And guess what after we leave from here, we have a reservation to go to"

"Everyone is coming right?"

She asked motioning towards the Kamiya family and the digimons. Tai smiled.

"Of course, we are a big happy family and besides all the money I have been saving, I had enough to do all of this"

"Tai you know that I just like plain and simple, you didn't have to go through all of this"

"You are worth it Scarlet besides its a once in a lifetime thing"

"Am I really worth it?"

"Of course you are and don't let anyone else tell you different"

Scarlet smiled and happily gave him another loving kiss on the lips as the crowd happily ate their slices of cake that was being passed out. Guilmon and Agumon notice the cake being passed out.

"Hey we didn't get ours?"

Agumon said as he jumped off the stage to get a slice of cake.

"Yeah"

Guilmon said as he also jumped off the stage. Gatomon stood by the side and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Boys have no self control"

She said. Kari smiled and bend down to Gatomon's level.

"Gatomon you can go of you want"

In less than a second Gatomon jumped off the stage.

"Hey wait for me!"

She cried.
