elle -an hour later-
"stop it." i tell Jack with a laugh.
"i fricken love you." he says, kissing my cheek repeatedly.
"stahp it." i say pushing his face away playfully. he sighs and wraps her arms around me.
"i could've lost you guys today." he says. i kiss his arm.
"put you didn't." i say. he nods.
"thank god." he says.
"why are you guys so cute when you don't have the baby?" johnson asks. i laugh.
"cuz we don't have the baby." i say back. he laughs. bri is in the pool with hayes, johnson and marli. the baby is in her little float.
"they are cute when they don't have the baby huh?" tez says. johnson nods
"their couple goals." he says.
"we are." Jack says rocking side to side.
"oh my god." i say laughing. he stops and laughs.
"elle." i hear bri say. i look behind me.
"she's hungry." she says. i sigh and jack lets me go. i walk to the other side of the pool, grabbing a towel on the way there. bri takes marli out of the float and hands her to me. i wrap her in the towel and then walk back over to Jack. i sit down on the chair, criss cross and use the towel to cover a little bit as i lift up my tank top. i get her situated and then kinda pull the towel over her and my boob more.
"she's kicking her legs." i say laughing.
"she wants to get back in." Jack says. i nod with a laugh. i rub her legs. she stops kicking them but still moves them. after she's done eating, i burp her and then set her on my lap.
"you look so much like your dad." i say, wiping her mouth. she coos.
"i'm gonna go in with her." i tell Jack. he nods. i hand her to him and take my tank top off and then take her back. i have my bathing suit on under my tank top. i walk to the steps and walk in the pool. her feet touch the water and she smiles. i laugh and go further in. i then lay her back, with her head resting on my hand and my other hand under her. she closes her eyes and smiles.
"why does she love this so much?" johnson asks. i shrug and laugh. we stay in the pool for a good thirty minutes or so and then everyone gets out and we go inside.
"what should we do for dinner?" i ask.
"pizza." hayes says.
"i'm fine with that." Jack says as he holds a wrapped marli.
"i'm gonna give her a bath. can you order it?" i ask Jack. he nods. i take her from him and then walk upstairs and to our bathroom. i turn the bath on and lay her little baby bath in it. i make sure to plug up the bath as well so it fills a little. one it's filled about two inches. i stop it and then take marli out of her little bathing suit. i grab one of her baby wash clothes and then set her in her little bath thing. she coos.
"it's warm huh?" i say, splashing a little bit of water on her. i set the rag on her legs as i hear a knock.
"come in." i say. the door opens and in walks bri.
"hey girly." i say. she laughs.
"hey hey." she says and sit on the edge of the tub.
"what's up?" i ask.
"nothin. just came to hang out." she says. i give her a look.
"what?" she asks with a laugh.
"did hayes say anything to you while you guys were in the pool?" i ask. she shakes her head.
"not really. we just talked." she says. i nod.
Jack
"so what's your move on brianna?" johnson asks hayes. he laughs and shakes his head, taking a drink of his water.
"not much. just waiting things out." he says.
"i wouldn't if i were you." i say.
"why?" he asks.
"this is gonna sound creepy but i don't mean for it too, but she's really pretty. and i'm sure she has guys longing up to date her. and i'm sure she's turning them all down, expecting you to do something." tez says.
"why would she do that?" hayes asks.
"because she likes you." i say and give him a dumb look.
"i know that but i'm just saying. why wouldn't she get with a guy to get me jealous?" he asks.
"hayes. buddy. she's making it very clear that she likes you. and only you." johnson says.
"i still have to ask elle." he says.
"no you don't. she doesn't care if you guys date. she wants you guys to date." i say.
"i don't know. we'll see." he says.
"and back to you my dude. when is that ring making an appearance?" johnson asks me. i smile and laugh.
"soon." i say. i've recently took johnson to go ring shopping with me. bri also gave me a bit of input. i'm planning on proposing sometime later this week.
"you gotta do it when we're all here." johnson says. i roll my eyes and laugh.
"why?" i ask.
"well, because i wanna see." he says.
"see what?" i hear elle ask. i look behind me and see her holding a sleepy marli whos wrapped in a fuzzy blanket. i turn back around and glare at johnson
"see him do 10 one handed push ups." he says.
"why?" elle asks.
"why not?" johnson answers. elle gives him a look.
"you guys are weird." she says.
"your weird." i answer, taking marli from her. she rolls her eyes with a playful smile.
"did you order the pizza?" she asks. i nod.
"after you eat. i'm gonna have to take you home." she tells bri.
"hayes should take her home." i suggest. elle looks at hayes.
"i'll just go home after that." hayes says.
"i'll go if it helps. he can just drop me off." johnson says.
"after he drops off bri." elle says. johnson nods.
"and i'll be there." tez says.
"ok. then that's fine with me." elle says.
"bri has to sit in the back though." she adds
"shut up." bri says with a laugh. elle smiles and hugs bri.
"oh my little baby sisters growing up." elle says in a baby voice.
"get off of me." bri yells laughing. elle takes that as an opportunity to walk to hayes, still holding on to bri.
"come on hayes. join in." elle says.
"nooo!" bri exclaims. hayes just laughs.
"don't regret my love!" elle exclaims.
"too late!" bri yells back. she manages to get out of elle's hold.
"holy shit dude." bri says.
"what your mouth." elle says laughing.
"your were like, suffocating me." bri says with a laugh.
"marli won't reject my love." elle says, walking to me. i hand her marli and she kisses her cheek.
"aww. look at her little sleepy smile." elle says.
"i'm cuter." i say.
"no your not." elle says and walks away. everyone laughs. you just gotta love elle.
