After helping Peter capture the Vulture on the beach, Tony Stark had been thinking about recruiting you to the team.
He told Peter to bring you along to the compound for unnamed reasons, leaving the two of you confused. When you arrived, Peter placed his hand in yours, going inside of the building only to see Tony and Happy waiting for the two of you. Peter admired the view outside the window while you awkwardly stood in the middle of the hallway.
"This is really going to be blunt, but I want you to be apart of the Avengers." He spoke, looking between you and Peter. Your mouth went dry, not knowing what to say.
Before you excitedly accepted, Peter turned around. "We'd be one of the coolest couples ever. Fighting people together, fighting against spider-man?! That's pretty cool, if I do say so myself." Peter gave you a little smile and a small shrug.
A laugh slipped out of your lips, nodding at the proposition. He didn't even have to convince you when Peter was by your side.
