You watched as Liz closed in on Peter, their lips almost touching. You ran from the punch table all the way to where they were, potentially saving Peter from something that would ultimately provide a break-up between you two. On the other hand, Peter stood still; not really knowing how to deal with the girl that was about to kiss him. He was so confused.
"Uhm, yeah, let's not do that." You slipped in between the two, pushing Liz back lightly. You knew that all she wanted was your typical mean girl 'make him fall in love with me so I can get good grades' type thing. People were so cliché to the point where it wasーweird.
You turned towards him. "Peter if that ever happens again and you don't do anything, I swear to God it will not be good for you." Turning around again, you started back making your way towards your friends.
"Oh thank God, y/n. Thank you. I promise I won't stand there again, geez, I hated that." Peter followed, a little worried that your father was Tony Stark.
