Walking the carpet at the Infinity War premiere had become quite the hassle with the rain falling down from the sky at an extremely fast pace.
You and a few of your co-stars were sheltered underneath a food tent. However, you weren't complaining.
From across the carpet, Tom Holland stood with an umbrella, engaged in an interview. He had been looking for you for what seemed like forever, and was somewhat elated to see you. Tom kept trying to look back at you whenever he could, but his view was obscured by a crowd of people walking past.
When he finally realized that you were waiting for the rain to stop, he excused himself. ❝I'm sorry, but I think a certain y/n needs my umbrella more than me.❞
Almost immediately after he stopped speaking, he rushed over to where you were. He felt his heart melt when you locked eyes, a small smile tugging at your lips.
❝Hey darling. Figured you needed the umbrella.❞ Tom tried to hand it over to you, but his eyebrows furrowed when you shook your head.
You let out a little laugh. ❝I think we'd benefit more if we share it.❞
The small wink that you gave him set his heart beating at an extremely fast pace, and sent him into a spiraling tunnel of questions. Maybe he would take the chance and admit his feelings to you tonight.
❝I think that sounds like a marvelous idea.❞
