"You are so goddamn stupid."
Beastboy tilted his head up to glower at his robotic friend. "Oh thank you!" His voice laced with sarcasm. "No shit, Cy. Did you think I didn't notice that?"
Beastboy groaned into hands. Why couldn't he have realized this two days ago? Why was he so fucking dense sometimes?
"Guys, what am I going to do?" Beastboy said, looking for guidance from his two best friends. Robin glanced at him from the corner of his mask. "I'm not exactly the best person to ask in this subject, but I do know that sitting around and mopping isn't going to make anything better."
Beastboy sighed. "You're right, but I don't know how to go about this. I've never experienced something like this."
Cyborg quirked a metal eyebrow. "Weren't you in love once before?" Beastboy just shook his head in dismissal, "we are not getting into that subject."
It took Beastboy a very long time to get her out of his mind and he really didn't feel like bringing her up. "She's my past. And as of this moment, Raven is my future."
Cyborg raised his hands defensively. "Understood. But you have to take this slow. You can't just waltz up to her and say 'I love you'." He said, imitating Beastboy's voice.
"Why? I feel like that's the most efficient way."
Robin gave Beastboy a incredulous look. "You can't do that because she'll think you're fucking with her."
Beastboy and Cyborg simultaneously turned their heads in shock towards Robin. He just shrugged his shoulders. "I'm just being honest."
With a heavy sigh, Beastboy rose to his feet. He gave his friends one of his quirky smiles, "If I can't directly tell Raven how I feel, then I'll have to spend these next few days showing her. Will you guys help me?"
Robin and Cyborg looked at each other before the agreed.
"Great," Beastboy was already formulating plans in his head, "Raven's not going to know what hit her."

Raven and Starfire returned two hours after the boys had their little talk. Star could barely walk, she was carrying multiple shopping bags, so many that her entire body was covered in bags. Raven on the other hand had four bags, having only bought a couple of jeans and hoodies. They were laughing among themselves as they exited the elevator, Stars boisterous laugh covering Ravens quieter giggles.
They parted ways in the hall, going to their separate rooms. Raven's door slid open as she walked in. As she was placing her bags down, she yelped in surprise. Sitting on her bed with a big smile, green ears pointing to the ceiling, was Beastboy.
Raven placed her hand over her heart, before slightly squinting her eyes at him. She folded her arms across her chest, "What are you doing in here?"
Raven expected his happy demeanor to fade, but he just continued to smile as he removed himself from her bed. Raven's eyes followed him, wordlessly watching as he approached her.
Beastboy purposely stopped centimeters away from her, inwardly smirking as he watched her eyes widen slightly at their closeness. She quickly composed her emotions, her face returning to a blank slate.
"We are going out." Beastboy stated simply.
Raven blinked.
Beastboy sighed and shook his head at her. He opened her shopping bags, rummaging through them before placing an outfit containing ripped jeans and a long sleeved crop top on her bed. Beastboy could tell by the look on her face that she was shocked that he knew what type of clothes she preferred.
