Miles Vincent Pov:-
"Honey i think i found a place and i just finished talking to the owner and he said we could go see it right now, want to join me?" my mum called from what i think is the living room.
"Sure mum, just drop me off at the mall when we are done."
"Ok Miles come on grab your jacket."
I did as she asked and i got into her car and we drove off to this place about five minutes my mum stopped beside a one story house that looked small.
A man was standing infront of the door.
"Welcome Ma'am."
He shook my hand and then my mum.
He showed us the house even though it looked small from the outside it was actually big it had three bedrooms and each had it's own bathroom.
There was also another bathroom close to the big kitchen and a really big living room there was furnature in the living room completed with a plasma tv.
"There also a really big back yard completed with a swimming pool for the hot summer hot days." The man that i learned his name was Mr. Skyes
"What do you think Miles?" my mum turned to me
"I like it mum"
"I guess we will take then Mr. Skyes"
"Great and please call me James, me and my wife would be happy to have you in our neghbourhood and for you Mr. Miles i have a son around your age we will be every happy to have you with us" He said with the most welcome smile i have seen
"Thanks Mr. Skyes"
"How soon can we move into the house?" My mum asked the question
"As soon as you finish the first month payement which you just have so as soon as you want"
"Thank you James for letting us have the house" She said
"It's no problem at all."
"Come on Miles I'll drop you off at the mall while i go call the move in truck to get our stuff here." she said while we walked to the car
"Are you sure you don't want any help with the moving?"
"Yes, I'm sure go visit your Girlfriend."
"Mum i don't have a girlfriend." i said
Not yet that is i said in my head i hope my plan would work.
Like mum promised she dropped me off at the mall a headed straight to the place i needed and started working on my plan which me luck because I'm going to need all of it.
