(7 Years Later)
Locking the door to the house I hear tiny running steps towards me I drop my bag and go to my knees.
“Daddy!”
My baby girl wrapped her little hands around my neck as I lifted her.
“How’s daddy’s little girl doing?”
“I am dwing fine daddy.”
I kissed her cheek as I pulled on my tie I walked into the kitchen smelling my favorite soup chicken and dumplings.
“Where’s Trevor and mummy?” I asked my little girl Angel
“Trwvor is playing hid and seek with mummy.” She said
“How about we play too?”
She nodded her head and we started walking in the usual place where Trevor hides Angel pulled the curtains and said boo which made Trevor jump.
“Come on son let’s find mummy.
We went upstairs and walked into the Master bedroom to find my beautiful pregnant wife sleeping on our bed.
“Trev take Angel and go play downstairs we will be down in a minute.” I whispered to Trevor
He nodded his head and held Angel’s hand and walked downstairs.
Removing my shoes I walked towards my wife and smiled as I could hear her little snores.
Softly kissing her lips she smiled and kissed me back.
“Hey Baby your back.”
“Yes I’m how’s my little girl doing.” I said kissing her tummy.
“Tiring she’s been kicking all day.” She took my hand and placed it on her tummy where I felt a kick
“You stop hurting mummy okay?”waiting for a few seconds
“She actually stopped.” My beautiful wife said
“Well of course she did she’s Daddy’s little girl.”I said
“You change into something comfortable and I will go heat the food I made your favorite today.”
“Thanks Caroline I Love you.”
“I love your more Miles.”
We kissed barfly before the kids started screaming that there hungry.
