About one Am I could hear Caroline soft breathing I carefully held her to me and placed her in my car and buckling the seat belt I picked everything that I could and placed them in the back seat.
Starting the car I looked over at Caroline to see that she is still sleeping I smiled and slowly began my drive towards her house.
Upon arriving I shut the car and carried Caroline bridal style towards her room her mum opened the covers for me then left us I placed her inside the covers and when I was about to cover her I heard her speck ever so lightly.
“Miles?” She whispered
“Yes beautiful?”
“Can you please stay just until I fall back asleep?” she asked
“Sure anything for you.”
I removed my shoes and quickly slipped under the covers and Caroline cuddled beside me.
“Good night Beautiful I love you.” I whispered in her ear
“I Love you too.”
I was about to close my eyes when she said something that made me even smile more.
“I’m going to fight this” she mumbled went then you could hear soft snoring
I closed my eyes falling into a blissful sleep that I’m sure would not be a nightmare but a an amazing dream.
I looked around and around where was I?
“You’re in the future silly?”
There out of the blue stood an amazing beautiful looking girl who reminded of someone I know.
“Well of course you know me I’m Caroline.”
“Caroline?” I asked
“Yes”
“But you look so different” I said
“Well of course I’m different. I’m healthy” she said
“As in free of cancer?”
“Yes”
“How? What I’m so confused”
“How well because of you I actually wanted to fight this and I did and I won because of you.”
“Is this like a vision?”
“maybe you just have to wait and see Miles.”
She kissed my cheek smiled at me and just like that she disappeared.
