Jim POV
I ran back, knowing full well that this was my fault. They were caught because I'd left. AAARRRGGHH, Toby, probably even my mom. Someone could be dead and I wouldn't know it.

I practically ransacked my room gathering supplies and with a dark cloak in hand I dashed out of my room to find Merlin. He at least owed me this, he said so himself. "I'm forever in your debt," It's not like I saved his butt or anything.

When I found him he was in a deep conversation with Blinky, he may be old but when he heard me coming he practically turned whiter then a ghost.

"Look, Merlin I don't have a lot of time. Is there anyway you could, I don't know, enchant this cloak or something. I need stealth and like a SPF of 1,000." He looked at me strangely and streaked his chin.

"I might be able to whip something up. Can you give me about ten minutes?" At this point I was internally screaming, I had to hide from Claire, because no doubt she tried running after me, lucky for me she's way slow. Also, not that this would ever be a problem. I had to hide from Merlin's jerky son. Note to self: the next time you get the chance make sure he owns up, I don't think I can stand ignoring what he did for much longer.

"Sure, that would be fine. Just make sure you do it." I handed him the cloak. With that I turned on my heel, and left, walking, as fast as I thought would look normal enough.

When I got to the street, I immediately regretted not being on guard. Claire was but three yards away and staring right at me.

I know what you're thinking, why should I be scared of her, what does she have up her sleeve that could scare the great trollhunter, the one who finally took down gunmar. Well...
...there's plenty to be afraid of, and I can guarantee there is some way she could talk me out of it or somehow find a way to keep me from going.

She narrowed her eyes and gave a slight nod. My instincts screamed, MOVE and MOVE NOW!!! I jumped to the roof of the nearest building, just in time to dodge a...

...what's that a NET?!! Are they seriously trying to hold me captive, but something else didn't add up. She knows I could just cut through it with my sword. Then, I noticed how it was covered in those restraining hems we picked up from our old buddy, Angor Rot.

I leaped off the roof and took to the shadows, moving from alley way to alley way. I knew if I continued moving randomly it would be next to impossible to track me, if I can hold out for ten minutes then, I can get that cloak and leave undetected.
