Jennie's whole body filled with fear, since she had almost fell off the bed. Some of the pillows from the wall she made were scattered around the bed, but it was still in tact. She heard sound coming from the TV, she could make out that it was a sport announcer. She peered at the clock on the wall, that it was half an hour before breakfast was served.
Taeyong walked into the bedroom, with a towel draped on his shoulder, and was in fact shirtless.
"God, I don't need to see that first thing in the morning." Jennie tiredly remarked, trying to wake herself up more.
"Morning, love." He smiled, reaching into his closet for a shirt. "You're a late riser."
"I couldn't sleep with you tossing around." She moved to sit up, but she also felt sore.
"Well yeah, your wall of pillows weren't ideal. And I can tell it took a toll on you as well. I heard you almost fall a few minutes ago." He snickered, avoiding a pillow that Jennie lunged at him.
Jennie shook her head and got off the bed, moving towards the bathroom.
"Maybe tonight we can ditch the wall? We leave tomorrow night."
Jennie didn't answer as she locked the bathroom door behind her.
The brunette decided to have a light breakfast. She had developed a small headache after dressing.
"Jennie, would you like to take a dip in the lake after eating?" Suho asked, who was sitting to the right of Irene.
Jennie slightly smiled at Suho and nodded. Suho was very handsome, but the one who caught her eye was Yuta. And unfortunately he wasn't here right now.
Everyone waited until their food settled before heading to the lake. Jennie stood in front of the mirror, applying sunscreen on her arms.
Taeyong had his white tanktop on, with his swim shorts, ready to jump in the water. "Do you need any help with that?"
"Nope, all good." She closed the sunscreen bottle and went to wash her hands.
"You forgot to put it on your back."
She wanted to skip putting it on, since her arms couldn't reach putting it on her back that well.
"Oh, well. I can't really reach it there." She moved away from the mirror and tried to walk out of the bathroom.
"I could do it for you." He picked up the bottle, offering it to her.
"No, thats totally fine," she answered, rushing to find her sunglasses in the bedroom.
"C'mon, Jennie. You don't want to get burned do you?"
Jennie wanted to say she didn't mind but she got reminded of painful days due to being sunburned. She knew Taeyong could sense she couldn't refuse.
"Fine," she moved in front of him. "Just make it fast."
"Go lay down, it's easier."
Jennie awkwardly went to lay down on the bed, as she heard him open the cap bottle.
Jennie shouldn't feel anything while she was laying face down on the bed while he helped apply sunscreen. Maybe it's because she's never let any guy this close to her. And not because she felt anything but disgust for Taeyong.
Her thoughts were interrupted when she felt cold from his hands. "No funny buisness, Taeyong."
"I wouldn't hurt you,"
She could feel that he was true to his words, since he seemed to not stray away from her back and to anywhere unwanted.
"All done." He closed to cap back on the bottle. She turned to lay facing up, at him.
