Chapter 16

 When all of the dishes are done and nearly everyone is gone, I show Natasha and Clint to the door "This was fun." Natasha gives a small smile and I shack my head, deep in thought, which she senses "What's wrong?" she whispers.

 I give a weak smile and pull her towards me, giving her a rare hug, before whispering in her ear "Watch after Thor for me."

 When she pulls away, she frowns "Why would I need to do that?" When I pull away from her, she goes worried "What are you going to do?"

 "Goodbye." I whisper as I shut the door.

 "Thor?" I shake him in the darkness of 2am "Thor, wake up!" I whisper.

 Through his grogginess, he groans "What's wrong?" I don't respond though. Instead, I stratal him and lean forward to kiss his lips "Loki?" he asks, suddenly completely alert.

 "Love me." I whisper, kissing the tip of his nose "Let me ride you and let's be gentle." His hands go for my thighs and I whisper "Leave bruises all over me."

 "What are you talking about?" he gives me a small smile and I breathe in his unique scent, like cherries and fire. He smells like the fruit that fell from the trees of the royal garden, back in Asgard.

 "Bite marks, suction marks, grip marks." I whisper, not wanting to break the silence of the room "Mark me as yours."

 He chuckles softly "I can do that."

 At 4am, I sigh and pry myself out of Thor's grip. Once I'm dressed, I tiptoe out of the apartment and walk, silently, towards the garage.

 Given the small number of people still alive, hardly anyone is on the road.

 I climb on the FatBoy and ride out of the city. "You have to do this." I tell myself, even though I don't want to.

 I forget where I am so much, by the time I make it to the compound, it's 5am. The sun is starting to come up.

 Surprisingly, nobody is awake yet. It's far too easy to get to the locker room. Before I can finish getting dressed, I hear "It's 5 in the freaking morning! What are you doing here?"

 I pull my loincloth up and turn to find Shuri staring at me. "Good, I was about to come find you." I state, before pulling on my shoes "I need a heart monitor and a earpiece."

 "Why?" She asks, stepping forward.

 "I'm going to the other Wakanda." I grab my sword and daggers "Now, let's go."

 It's not until we're all the way to the portal, that she speaks "Does Thor know about this?" she asks, typing something into her computer.

 "No." I state, plugging the earpiece into my ear and placing the monitor around my neck "I didn't want him to stop me." I stab the sword into its spot and the portal glows "Goodbye." I state, before stepping through and instantly feeling weaker.

 The sun states it's about 4pm here. Like a wave, I pick up on the souls of this place. Four are in the biggest building. Five are in the offskirts of the country.

 I push the earpiece deeper into my ear "Rogers, come in Rogers!" I order.

 Almost instantly, I hear his obnoxiously patriotic voice "This is Captain Steve Rogers, I read you loud and clear, what is the ETA for pickup?"

 "Now. I repeat, Now! The portal is in its original location! I don't know how long I can keep it open, over!" I reply.

 "We are on our way!" and I sit there, in the dirt, waiting for those four. While I wait, I try to see who the other five are, but there seems to be some type of shield protecting them.

 For what feels like forever, I sit in the dirt, decoding the shield, until I hear "Come on, let's get out of this hell hole!" Falcon insists.
 
 I stand and wipe my arse as the four walk towards me "Loki, you have no idea how glad I am to see you." Banner huffs.

 "Before you four go through the portal, I have to tell you the instructions." They stop right in front of me and I clear my throat "When you get over there, don't walk out of the perimeter until the sword disappears." I instruct "Once it's gone, get out. Don't get back in." I clear my throat "Now go, before I can't keep it open any longer."

 They start towards the portal, and they all disappear, except the Cap. "Aren't you coming?"

  I shake my head "I have business here." He looks at the portal, before looking back to me and walking towards me "What are you doing?" I hiss.

 "I'm not leaving you alone." he states, walking towards me.

 "I'll be back in a few minutes!" I lie "Just go!"

 He shakes his head "Your brother would kill me if I left you here." The power lose gets to me... or maybe it's the morning sickness and I hunch over to vomit "Are you alright?" he asks, darting towards me.

 "Just go!" I scream "Before I get weaker, go!"

 Shuri screams into the earpiece "Both of you, get back here, now! Loki, your heartrate is too high. If you don't shut down the portal now, you will die!"

 Reluctantly, I reach forward and pull out the sword "Great!" I hiss "Now we three months of air and there's no way I can get all seven of us across in time!"

 "When are you talking about?" Steve asks.

 "There's five people somewhere in those mountains!" I point past him.

 "That was M'Bake's territory." Shuri states "Okoye says he was part of the group that left Wakanda. I doubt there's anyone up there."

 "There is!" I insist and start walking towards it "And I'm going to find them."

 Unfortunately I only make it ten feet past Steve before vomiting again. With a sigh, he's by my side "You're not strong enough to go."

 "Yes I am!" I insist, before vomiting again "I've been sick for the past three weeks!" I groan "I'm perfectly fine!"

 "Why would you do this when you're sick?" Steve asks, rubbing my back for support.

 Naturally, he doesn't understand that I'm pregnant "I'm not sick!" I insist.

 "Take him to my lab." Shuri insists "Sick or not, I want to make sure you are healthy. The boys need a healthy carrier."

 While pulling me over his shoulder, he sighs "Why are you two talking about ballsacks?" he asks.

 Shuri sighs "I wasn't talking about testicles. I was talking about-"

 "Shuri, don't even try." I interrupt "I'll explain later."

 Even with my arguing, he carries me all the way to the lab, only to lay me down on a table "Okay, now walk to the halogragh." Shuri instructs "Now, it's going to show that I'm asking for entrance." after Steve follows her instructions, she sighs "I'm going to scan for injures."
