When I walked into the throne room, the thrones reminded me of the 1498 years of lies.
Now, I sit on the side wall, staring at the shards of wood that litter the ground.
I've been here for a good hour. Not two hours ago, I gave birth. I only stuck around longer enough to let Magni eat a little, before handing him off to Thanos and walking off. I didn't even look at him.
I'm ripped out of thought by a screaming baby. The sound comes from inside my head and there's no baby in sight.
All I can is sit there as the screams get louder and tears slip from my eyes.
~
"Who told Thor?" Steve asks whoever is on the computer as I walk up to the lab.
"I did." Natasha sighs as the baby screams "He didn't take it too well... try burping him. I doubt anyone has done it."
"How do you make a baby burp?" Steve asks.
Silently, I walk towards them and take the baby from Thanos. I look up to the ceiling as he suckles my teat. Despite my efforts, I grow cold. Frost Giant battle defense cold.
Magni make a little happy noise and I know he's smiling. Tears stream down my face and I hand him back to Thanos "He's too hot." I conclude, before walking off.

When I step foot into the throne room, he smirks at me "I haven't seen you since New York."
"You were stabbed before New York." I state, sitting next to the door "I stabbed you in the back Phil."
"That's flattering." Coulson chuckle sarcastically "I didn't think you knew my name. I thought I was just another person you've murdered."
"You're not dead." I state "You survived."
"But my blood is still on your hands." he insures "You hate yourself." he leans forward with a smile "And let's be honest, you think your more of a monster than anyone else does."
~
"Hey big guy." Natasha smiles as I take the child again, not even looking as he latches on or grips my breast with his hands "How are you doing?"
When I don't answer her, or look at her, Thanos sighs "Magni is bigger than most babies." I nod and look to the ceiling.
"He's half Frost Giant." I state "He'll be twice the size of a Midgardian adult." I readjust him and clear my throat "He's got the height from my race. Modi is..." I cringe at the mistake and my eyes go blurry "was going to be like me. A deform Frost Giant."
"Have you looked in the mirror recently?" Thanos asks, moving towards the computer to hold up a mirror.
I snick a glance, before looking away. One of my eyes are red, the other is golden. "That's nice." I state, before handing the child to Steve and walking out.
~
"Why, if it isn't my fair king!" Fandral smirks as I step foot into the throne room.
Volstagg scoffs and sits on the ground, drinking a pint of Asgardian Ale, before belching.
"What are you two doing here?" I ask, barely finding a reason to care.
"Technically, we're part of your mind." Fandral states, pointing his sword my way, motioning for me to sit.
Reluctantly, I sit and sigh "So, what have the dinamic duo come to tell me now?" I ask, not too interested in the conversation.
"You got us killed." Hogan states, stepping into the conversation, tightening a bow string with his fingertips.
