so i um,, i just found out what songs are going to be used for the new opening and ending of season three and im so terrified guys you don't understand ok let me start with the simple one
the ending, Long Hope Philia - Masaki Suda this is also the main theme for the movie so you've probably heard a bit of it in the movie trailer long story short oh my god this song is so good i'm gonna cr y i cannot wait to see what visuals they add to this amazing song, no doubt it's going to be epic the song features amazarashi, the artist of Sora Ni Utaeba, the third op of the anime, so ofc it's amazing but anyway now let's move on to the,, more questionable one
the opening, Make My Story - Lenny code fiction this one this one right here by no means is it a bad song, not at all!!!! but when i listen to it, the first thing that comes to my mind isn't "oh, my hero academia!" in fact, i actually thought of fullmetal alchemist when i first listened to this... odd. BUT ANYWAY yeah, i just feel really iffy about this song being used for an opening. maybe if the opening is animated really well, to match the music and just look plain amazing, then maybe my opinion of the song will be shifted a bit. maybe the song will grow on me overtime, like Odd Future did,, but for now, i'm just........... eh. that's probably just me though lmao. everybody else probably thinks it's fine and i'm just being an asshole. that seems likely.
anyway!!!! are y'all as scared as i am for this sht?? probs not lmao i'm overreacting aaaah now i have to wait two weeks to actually see this sht i don't wanna wait until the 14th i might be anticipating something for so long only to be met with something?? not good??? and that seems very unlikely for bnha but it's still possible and i'm very scared aaahghhahhdjsk
