21:Moving Along

Jack's POV:

Over the past few days we had all been talking and been getting along much better. I came out to the boys as well as Blair and Harvey that I was bisexual. They all took it really well and were supportive. I have to admit I do really miss Brooklyn. I was selfish and jealous and lost everything we had. He was my first boyfriend. My first real relationship but I just couldn't get over him.

Blair had given us a day off thankfully as we all needed it. Andy and Rye had gone to visit Rye's family and Mikey went to visit his. Sadly I couldn't go back home because it was in Ireland and Brooklyn couldn't either because his family were on holiday.

"Hey wanna go to Windsor I'm bored?" Asked Brooklyn.

"Err yeah sure why not." I said.

We made our way to Windsor.
"So what do you want to do?" I asked.

"Well I need to get some new cloths so..." He said

I nodded as we headed for H&M as it was the closet.

He tried on a few tops and jeans before we made our way to nandos.

We sat at the table chatting and laughing. It was so good to finally be able to talk to him again.

"Hey brook... I know it's in the past but I just want to say that i really am sorry for happened between yourself, Mikey and I. I was completely out of order to act in such a jealous way..." I said looking down at my food.

"Jack it was all of our fault. Not just yours. Mikey and I made a mistake as well. We shouldn't have... Well it doesn't matter anymore but you don't have to be sorry. Can we just move on?" He said putting his hand on top of mine.

I nodded "do you think that we could ever... B-be some-thing again...?" I said shyly looking up into his eyes.

"I think we both need some time but maybe... I don't know" he said.

"I-i missed you..." I said

"I've missed you too Jack"

After finishing our food we headed back to the flat but decided to go a walk to a near by park instead.

As we say down on the grass brook started speaking.
"Jack I've been thinking about what you said..."

I looked up at him confused.
"What do you mean?"

"I do really miss you and I want to give us another go... But I think we should take it slow." He said slowly.

A huge smile grew on my face as I hugged him.
"Thank you so much Brooky"

Later on we settled on watching a movie as the others wouldn't be back until late. I was lay on my bed and he was lay on his.

I suddenly jumped as a headed popped up from the side of my bed.
"Can I join you?" Brooklyn smirked.

I just nodded in reply moving over to let him in my bed.

We lay snuggled up next to each other before both falling asleep.

Something that hasn't happened in a long time. Brooklyn and I falling asleep huddled together. I missed it so damn much. I missed him so damn much.

I was woken up by Brooklyn violently sneezing and coughing every second.

" you alright?" I asked in a croaky morning voice.

"Yeah I'm 'cough' good" brook said his voice was dry and raspy.

"Aww Brook I think you've got a cold" o said sympathetically. "I'll go get you some medication."

I climbed off the bed and made my way to the living room where the other boys were now fast asleep in the Mindy room.

I grabbed some soothers, paracetamol, cough medicine and icy water as well as warm tea. I struggled to carry it all through then handed It to Brooklyn who was now sat up looking pale but sweaty.

"You must have caught a bug when we were out yesterday" I chuckled as he took the pills and water.

"Th-thanks" he said now shiver.

"Here" I said throwing him a blanket as I climbed back only the bed.

"You don't have to stay... I don't want you to catch it" he sighed.

" I don't mind" I shrugged as i lay back down hugging Brooklyn from behind as he was also now laying down.
