Bill Cipher X Reader. Guardian devil

Reader's pov )

I rolled over in bed, groaning. "Bill!!" I called. Silence. I threw my arm over my eyes, rolling again, suddenly the soft sensation of my bed was gone, and I fell on the ground, gasping for breath. "Jeez.." I pushed myself off the ground, turning around once I was on my feet. But the first thing I saw when I did this was a floating triangle. "Great timing, bill." I said, unamused. He softly sighed rolling his eye.
"You didn't get scared this time.." he mumbled sadly. I smiled a little.
"Why would I? You've only been pulling that trick on me for a year now." I said. He chuckled a little.
"I'll get you sometime." He said, turning and floating out, me following.

"We should go exploring today.. after all I recently moved here, and all you are other then a demon is that you're a homebody." I said, passing him, to head to the kitchen. He turned in midair, to look at me, over his flat surface.
"Sure, poppet." He said, chuckling.

Later)

I wearily looked around, holding a flashlight. "Why a cave, bill?" I asked, shaking. He didn't answer. I looked over, not seeing him beside me anymore. "Oh C'mon, bill.. please don't leave me here alone.." I turned in a full circle, getting interrupted by a pale, grinning face, making me jump literally three feet in the air.
"I'm here for your soul." It groaned out.

"ahh! Ahh!" I screamed, throwing my flashlight, regardless knowing it was bill. After I had jumped, I got caught by bill's arms. I opened my eyes, seeing bill hunched over my body, gasping for breath between every laugh, while still holding me. I hit the back of his head, growling.
   "Bill! Y-you jerk!! You know I'm scared!" I yelled. He opened his crystal blue eyes, looking at me with tears streaming down his face.

"You-you should have seen your face!!" He yelled, starting to laugh harder. I could feel his grip start to fade around my body. After a second, he stood up straight, coughing.
"Oh man.. heh... also I recall you telling me I didn't scare you anymore. So Since you've been with me for a year, 'you're used to it.' Well, you just literally jumped into my arms, hon." He grinned. I growled.

"I didn't say I was used to you scaring the crap out of me inside of a pitch black cave!" I yelled, squirming in the process. He chuckles.
"Oh well.. I still scared you doing exactly what I do in the mornings." He said. I rolled my eyes, pushing on his chest, making him put me down.
"Get away from me ya loon!" I said. He put me down, throwing his arms up in surrender.
"Okay, okay tiger!" He said. I brushed myself off, looking around for my flashlight. I felt a poke on my shoulder, turning, seeing bill leaning toward me, holding my flashlight out to me, with a smirk on his face.
"Looking for your light tube?" He asked. I snatched it out of his hand, narrowing my eyes.
   "Flashlight.. and yes, thanks." I said, sarcastically. He nodded.
"Of course. You and your fancy human words.." he says, rolling his eyes. I scoff.
"You and your demon expressions." I say back. He shoots me a look, sliding his hand into mine.
"I sound more intelligent anyway." I hear him mumble, making me smile.
"What time is it anyway bill?" I ask. His eyes light up at this, as the time popped up on the wall from his eyes as if they were a projector.

"Mmm...6:30.." he responds. I nod.
  "Kay.. let's turn around.. this cave is really creepy.." I shiver, seeing a bunch of small eyes staring at us. Bill chuckles, walking in front of me, tugging on my arm.
"Aw.. come on.. if you're scared then why aren't you screaming or crying like mortal females are supposed to do?" He asks. I huff, pulling my arm back to me.
   "Because.... I'm with you.." I say quietly. He looks up at me from the puddle of water in front of me.
   "Aw.. really?" He asks. I sigh.
  "Yes." At this he comes up to me, wrapping me in a warm hug, which warms me up counting on the fact the cave feels Like an ice chest.
   "Even after what I just did to you?" He quickly asks. I smile a little.
"Well.. I'm still deciding off that fact." I say, making bill quietly chuckle resting his chin on top of my head.

"Aw give it up.. but anyway, its good you feel safe with me otherwise. Because I'll never let anyone hurt you.. and also all the beings in gravity falls know who I am, so they don't dare do anything to displease me." He said, as i could feel his heart beating against my face. I snuggled against him.
"Heh. Now I'm deciding If I want to be scared of you as well.." I joke. He laughs, pulling away from the hug, looking at me.
"Well, with you there's an exception." He said, kissing my forehead. "So do you still want to start heading out?" He asks. I look up at him for a moment before shaking my head.

"Nah. We can stay in here for a minute more. Afterall, I have the most powerful Bill Cipher by my side. Not to mention, you're giving off a quite bright golden glow that illuminates everything." I laugh. He chuckles back.
"Alright...it's because I'm happy." He pouts. I smile back.
"Well in that case you're very optimistic. Because you never stop glowing like this, except for when you're mad... then it's red." I laugh. He groans playfully, hitting me with his side.
"Aw shut up." He says. I grin, leaning on him as we walk hand in hand through the underground cave. "You could say I'm your guardian devil." He says, stopping to put his jacket over me, making me shiver at the sudden warm sensation. I look up at him, standing on my tiptoes, to kiss his lips quickly, him chuckling and holding my waist.
"yep." I say, leaning on him again, having him support me as we walked around.
