The Whitelight

-2 days later-

After the fight with Dennis, Paw Patrol returned to the tower.

Shelby: " Ryder, are you guys alright?"

Ryder: " Yeah ... Could've been better. Can things get better?"

Shelby: " ...Maybe?"

Ryder: " Let's hope. (calls Father Guerra) You there, Father?"

Father Guerra: " Ryder! I was just about to call you! You won't believe it, but the FIB is about to release a cure called "Whitelight". Agent Ken Baller is in charge."

Ryder: " Sounds interesting, Father. We'll check it out. Thanks."

Father Guerra: " The thanks goes to you, Ryder. Don't ask why. Just because."

Ryder: " Yeah. Depends how you look at it. (end call) Let's roll, pups. Girls, stay here. Stay safe."

The Paw Patrol went to the FIB's staging area with Whitelight and found Ken Baller (b-al-er).

Baller: " HQ, this is Agent Baller. The Whitelight is being stored at Grid 214. Will be shipped to Grid 980 in thirty minutes."

HQ: " Roger that, Baller."

Skye shot an attachment device at Baller.

Baller: " What the...?"

Baller sees Paw Patrol.

Ryder: " What's the meaning of this Whitelight?"

Baller: " None of your business, Ryder."

Skye: " We got you now, Baller. Now say it."

Baller: " You're gonna have to make me."

Baller broke free and grabbed the device with Skye still attached at threw her at Ryder; he caught her.

Baller: " (summoned blades and scraped them on the ground) You should know better than to try poop like that on heroes."(ran away)

Ryder and the others followed him in the Paw Patroller."

Ryder: " Huh. Figured we'd run into one of you."

While Paw Patrol was chasing Baller.

Agent: " HQ, this Site B-12. We spotted Ryder and pup, they attacked Baller. Now, they're chasing Baller, and... and Baller's infected."

HQ: " Copy, Site B-12. Reconfirm Baller's status. Over."

Agent: " He's... He's one of them. Those creatures that make lightning. Requesting orders."

HQ: " Copy, Site B-12. Stand by. Over."

The chase stopped.

Baller: " You're no better than any hero. (jumped to a Merryweather attack helicopter, consumed the pilot's soul, and hijacked it) Chase and Pavlo Shephard do not tolerate disobedience nor double-crossers. And neither do I! So let's put YOU down, shall we?"

Skye equipped at satellite dish.

Baller: " Ha! So what are you going to do now with that dish?"

Skye used the dish to detach one of the Rocket Pods.

Baller: " Stop--Oye!--what are you doing?"

She detached a Rocket Pod and used to destroy the helicopter. She did--but not Baller, who landed on the street like a ninja with his blades.

Baller: " I'll carve the bravado out of your hide, Skye." Charges at her with his blades.

She got out two blades too.

Skye: " Not today."

Baller: " Mmmm. En garde."

Baller and Skye battled with swords.

Baller: " You know, if you crawled on your knees--if you begged--if did what was told rather than follow Merryweather and Ryder--Chase may forgive you."

Resume en garde with Skye.

Baller: " This is your last chance--Chase may still forgive you."

Resumed... Came to an end. Skye lost.

Baller: (held his sword to her face) " I expected more of a challenge from you, Skye. Turns out you're not a listener, but a follower of any kind. You have no idea what you're in the middle of. It's something you will lose your life to if you don't change before it's too late." (removes his swords and flies away)

Ryder helped Skye off the ground.

Skye: " Thanks, Ryder."

Ryder: " You're welcome, Skye."

Father calls.

Father Guerra: " Ryder, are you alright?"

Ryder: " Yeah. But that Agent from the Whitelight program ... turns out he was one of Chase's kind."

Father Guerra: " Kind? I think the right word to describe Dennis Agent Baller is... super, like a super-hero. But what would they want with a cure for the virus?"

Ryder: " No clue. The one thing that stops deadly things ... and Chase's forces are protecting. Doesn't make sense. Gotta figure this out before "it's too late"."

They went back to the tower.
