The Informer

-Lois's Bunker-

Rocky: " Chase was amazing! Saving people from a virus and an atomic bomb while almost losing his life. It's amazing."

Zuma: " Yeah, I hear you, Rocky. Everyone knows how cool Chase is, even without his powers."

Rubble: " There's one thing bothering me: Is Chase really alive? I thought we freed him when we and Merryweather destroyed Jalendu temple."

Zuma: " Who knows, Rubble. Who knows."

-Skye receives a call and answers it-

Unknown: " Skye."

Skye: " Who is this?"

Unknown: " Not important. What I know, you want to hear."

Skye: " I'm listening."

Unknown: " Twelve thousand years ago, a piece of the sun fell from the heavens and from this piece grew a magic golden flower. A tribe was known as the Apache found the flower that night. They'd view what it did to animals. Wanted to know what it would do to them. At first, nothing happened. They felt like it was a trap from the enemy tribe known as the Imper. Then it rose up suddenly, infected the tribe, overran sicknesses and diseases. It found the perfect host in a legendary warrior of that tribe: Kalinag. He used the powers granted to him by the flower to defeat a great demon called Rakshasa. He won the battle and freed his homeland: Shangri-la." 

Skye: " That's very interesting to know, sir."

Unknown: " Hmmph. Fast travel to now, Gentek and other companies studied it for years and called it the Gold Lotus. The lotus represents divine beauty and purity, while the unfolding of its leaves represents the expanding of the soul and spiritual awakening. The goal was to engineer a version that could copy and combine genetic traits: to re-write living creatures. But it did the complete opposite: remain the same but given abilities. Sound familiar? It should. Remember Chase?"

Skye: " Chase is infected with the lotus flower?"

Unknown: " Isn't it obvious? McMillan described that. The number one thing you need to worry about is ... Chase is not an ordinary pup. He's the Gold Lotus combined with lightning. But he's alive."

Skye: " Oh."

Unknown: " Listen to me, Skye. I'm going to lay down the facts and it's something you all can use to prevent going toward Chase's wrath towards sinners. Aka: You have a choice and it will come and haunt you all if you don't take advantage of it. So here it is: Leave Merryweather, join Chase and Spirit people, who are now called the Cults helping him, and imagine what kind of accomplishments and benefits you will obtain from that. Or you can just stay with Merryweather and keep battling against Chase and his forces again and again and again and again and again until one of you are dead; which will be you."

Skye: " Oh..."

Unknown: " Don't underestimate the power of the Lotus or Chase. He's not scared to hit a girl if he needs to. Remember: Join Chase before the dark of the night and you will be spared. But if you don't, there's no going back. There will be no help from Merryweather. There will be no mercy. Know this: Chase doesn't play fair with sinners or ones who betrayed him. He's unlike any other enemy you've faced. He will never rest. He will barely eat. He will NEVER stop. Think about it."
