Ashton's Pov-

I have planned something for Hazel and Gage today.

I mean it's been almost a month since Gage came in our lives and turned it upside down.

Our son cries,sleeps,sucks the lactogen out of Hazel, pees and poops.

Basically.

He is a complete momma's boy and doesn't even let Hazel pee in content.I mean when he is awake he prefers to be safely tucked in his mommy's arms or mine;sometimes.

I don't know why he hates it when anyone except me or Hazel tries to take him.I mean he's generally a happy baby as long as his tummy is full but if anyone from my EXTENDED FAMILY visits him.

He is very nice around Hazel's parents and he is in love with Ava.Well,she and Hazel look the same.It's obvious he feels the bond with her too.

Oh,and Jerry got all pissed over by the fact that Gage liked Jase more.Intelligent people.

Shaking my head i made my way towards Hazel who was furiously checking on some files and looking at some pictures.

She's been working from home since the last one month.She's being the best mother to our kid and is also trying to tolerate me as much as she can.

All in all she is terrific.

She'll be going to her office from next week and i wanted to surprise her and our baby boy.Even if he doesn't really remembers.

"Hie.You back so soon?I bet you missed me even if you will never admit it and yes i changed Coco's diaper.So,next time it's your turn."

She smiled at me and went back to her files.

Did I say she's terrific! No,she's pure evil!

I sighed.

I placed my jacket on the couch and went to Gage's cot.He was awake and was looking around here and there.As soon as he saw me he blinked.

Good!Perfect for a month old kiddo.

I took him in my arms.

"So,how's my lil man doing? Did you miss Daddy?Well,daddy missed you.You are a month old today!A month old."

I kissed his forhead while Hazel just looked at us through her glasses.I got to know she wore glasses while working after we got married.

"You know he wouldn't even remember.Anyways..if by chance;you are planning something for us.I'm ready and i even have a dress planned out for me and new new adorable onesie for Coco."

She grinned at me.This woman!

"You know what?You're pshycic.Anyways we're going out for chinese at 8.It's Café China."

She squealed and kissed me.She loves chinese food.

That made me feel guilty.For some reason.

Coco was beginning to doze off so i carefully placed him in his crib.Hazel refused to let him sleep alone in his nursery that she personally decorated for him.

I  totally agree. He's very small right now.Maybe after he turns 1 or so.

"Hey,you look so tired today.You know, we don't have to go out if you're not feeling well.I can make you some pasta if you would eat it without complaining."

She flopped down on the bed beside me.

"I won't mind your oily and half burnt pasta but i kinda want to go out today.I feel like my nerves are tied up in a knot.It's nothing what a little exercise and a bath won't cure.I swear;it was really hectic today. A client of mine was harassed by his son's wife.Talk about gold diggers.The poor old man was shivering like goddammit!"
