Hazel's POV-

I know Ash is going to freak out.Oh god.

But I needed this.God knows I wanted this change.

After Noah was born I started feeling so ..not like myself.

I am a mother to five kids now.The reality had struck me like a cannon.

I love my babies more than anyone in the world and Ash is nothing but a sweetheart.He always supports me with everything and he loves me a lot too.My husband is just the best.

But.

I think it's just me.I had left my office in a hurry,I feared that I might have a nervous breakdown right between my employees. My anxiety was at its peak.

Thankfully,all my kids except baby Noah were spending their time with Ash's parents today.They took them for a picnic.Noah was currently sleeping in his crib beside our bed.

I had chopped off my long hair.I,now have literal tears running down my eyes.I look so different.So weird.

It reminded me of the time after my rape.But it did help me figure myself out.It helped me heal.

I had sent a pic to Ashton right after chopping my hair off.He was shocked and did not really say much.

I know he's going to freak out.

"Babe,are you alright?"

I turned around to see Ashton.He was holding a bouquet of red roses and a box of coconut biscuits.

I couldn't hold back anymore.I started crying and sniffing more.

My husband just sighed and wrapped his arms around me.

He kissed my forehead.

"You're so gorgeous Hazel.You are strong.You are perfect.You are a fighter and I love you.A lot.And let me tell you something, you love yourself too.That is one of the things I respect a lot about you.Never forget that,wife.I will keep reminding you if it ever slips off your mind."

I glared at him.

"Hey! don't get all mad at me now.You said it out loud.But if it helps,I brought flowers and biscuits to cheer you up?That makes me a good husband,right?"

He grinned at me.

I just shook my head.

"That makes you my idiot.My idiot husband who loves me a lot."

"That I do.Now come on,let's go somewhere.Your hair doesn't look that bad babe.You just need a little refining around the edges.We are going to drop Noah at Carol's,I had asked her and she agreed to take care of him for the day.Well technically it's evening;a nd you and I are going to first get you that hair cut, then I will take you shopping.I heard there is a sale at Vera Wang."

I gaped at him.Ash hates shopping.

"But you to hate shopping?And you researched too!"

"And you love it.You would rather live in a mall,I know that.And for you,I am ready to endure it.Just don't make it a habit.As for the research,well my secretary Paul told me his girlfriend was babbling about this sale since last month."

He said and wiped my now dry tears.

"Thanks to Paul,then and also,thank you for the flowers and I am not sharing my biscuits with anyone except you.So don't tell the kids when they come back."
