A week later

Trish's PoV

It's been fun this past week since me and Lita are dating the guys we love, I'm still the women's champion and I have my best friend by my side.

Lita: I'm glad that our life is on track

Trish: yeah better than high school

Lita: yeah but guess what I heard off Gemma

Trish: Gemma? As in Gemma Stone the girl who was close to Haley

Lita: yup and don't forget she was close to the popular girl Demi

Trish: yeah what did she tell you?

Lita: Demi is now in a relationship well was in a relationship but her boyfriend cheated on her with her best friend Haley and now Demi is asking people to go out with her so her baby has a dad.

Trish: no way

Lita: *nods* I know right

Trish: gosh she is so needy

Lita: I know and she made fun of you

Trish: and she made fun of you

Lita: I'm glad that she isn't in our lives

Trish: same

Then a knock came at the door.

Trish: come in!

The door opened and in walked Jeff.

Trish: hey

Jeff: hey you ready?

Trish: ready? For what?

Jeff: we have a match together

Trish: I wasn't told that

Jeff: strange

Trish: I'll meet you at the curtain

Jeff: I'll be outside

Trish: okay

I got ready for my match and when I came out I walked with Jeff to the curtain and I saw our opponents already in the ring great.

Jeff: we've got this

Trish: yup

Jeff: remember I will help you

Trish: thanks

Jeff: besides I will always protect you blondie

Trish; *giggles* and I will help you rainbow

Jeff: *playfully rolls eyes* when my music plays I will wait for you on the stage.

Trish: *nods* okay

Jeff walked out from the curtain and did his symbol.

Announcer: and their opponent Jeff Hardy

I walked out from the curtain and smiled at the crowd and pointed to them.

Announcer: and his tag team partner Trish Stratus

We both walked down the ramp and when we got to the bottom of the ramp Jeff slid in the ring and then held the middle rope down for me I got in and I smiled at the crowd again.

Jeff: I'll start

Trish: okay

I got out onto the apron and so did Victoria. I cheered Jeff on.

Lita's PoV

I was still in mine and Trish's locker room I saw how Trish and Jeff work together and they work so well together anyway I was too focused on the match that I didn't notice that someone had walked inside the room and sat beside me.

???: enjoying the match?

I jumped and faced the voice it was Matt.

Lita: don't scare me

Matt: *smiles* had to

Lita: *playfully glares*

Matt: who's winning?

Lita: so far Trish and Jeff

Matt: well they do work well as a team

Lita: *nods*

I then heard one of their theme songs and after that I heard J.R say something and my head instantly faced the TV and Trish got ambushed I wanted to run to the ring but Matt said that I might get hurt as well.

Jeff's PoV

Steven just attacked me from behind after we won the match and he started to hurt me backstage I threw him into a steel door and then I ran back to the ring and I saw Trish so I stayed with her until someone came for help to my surprise Lita and Matt ran out and helped us so basically Lita was walking beside Matt while me and Matt had Trish in our shoulders.

Backstage

We got backstage and headed to the girls locker room.

Lita: just place her on the sofa and we'll have to see how she is

We nodded and placed Trish carefully on the sofa and we sat on the bean bags and Lita sat on the bench.

Matt: why would they do that?

Lita: they want a shot at Trish because she is the one who is getting a title shot and they are jealous but it will change but it might not

Jeff: not helping

Lita: sorry Jeff

Jeff: ugh this is my fault

Matt: what? *in disbelief*

Jeff: if I didn't take the fight between me and Steven backstage then I could've stayed with Trish

Matt: he was the one who took the fight backstage

Lita: there would be nothing you could do Jeff they will hurt Trish either way just to get rid of her because they don't like her but we don't know why.

Jeff: but still

???: Jeff it ain't your fault

We faced the voice and saw Trish waking up and she gave us a small smile.

Trish: how long was I out for?

Lita: about 15 minutes

Trish: really?

Lita: yeah

Trish: I can't believe they attacked me

Lita: yeah I know

Then came a knock at the door and Lita went to get it

Lita's PoV

I opened the door and who I saw made my blood boil Jeff isn't gonna be happy with what I am gonna say to this bastard and it is Trish's ex boyfriend who was abusive to her and he held a knife to her throat because he was drunk he could've killed her.

Lita: what do you want?

???: I want to see Trish

Lita: you have some nerve coming back here

???: please Amy

Lita: *grabs ??? By the collar* don't you ever and I mean ever call me that
