Lance was walking home, he was tired of everything. He saw his boring old house, the brick house that had blue painted window frames. When he got closer to the house he saw Blake's car in the drive way, he mentally slapped himself.
'What am I supposed to do now?'Lance thought to himself. There was two possible things he's could do. One, he could go in the house and take Blake's wrath or two he could go somewhere else but possibly get caught by Justin.
Then another idea came to his mind, maybe he could just climb through the window. Lance nodded to himself and began to walk towards his window. Once he saw it he began to climb up the side of the house, there was a roses growing up the wall because Blake loved them so much.
Lance saw his window halfway open and smiled to himself, he never really locked it in the first place. He liked the window open for the air, he opened up his window slowly and climbed in. He closed the window slowly, careful not to make any sound. Lance slowly took off his shoes and set his bag in the corner of the room.
Lance sat down on his bed, he didn't know what to do. Maybe he could ask Blake to home school him or have a tutor come in. He just didn't want to go to school anymore, he was tired of being scared, tired of hiding who he really was for everything. He wanted to smile like when he was six again.
He suddenly heard footsteps near his door and he started to freak out. He ran to his closet and quickly closed both doors. Through the little holes in the door, he saw Blake come into his room with the laundry basket. He mentally slapped himself forgetting it was laundry day. Blake started to put things on his bed when she noticed Lance's shoes on the floor and his bag.
'How could I be so stupid!'Lance thought to himself. Blake turned around with a deadpan face and headed to the closet.
"Lance! I know your in there! Get out here now!" Blake yelled, normally she never yells. Of course she raised her voice, but only a little and it was rare. Blake was chill most of the time but when she gets mad it's over for everyone, Lance only saw Blake mad at least two times. One over when Justin ate the last of her French fries and she didn't talk to him for a couple weeks. She even made Justin sleep in the guest bed room back at the hold house.
Then the second one is when Lance forgot to put away his toys when he was nine and she fell. Blake didn't really get mad, but she scolded him until he cried. But even then she couldn't be mad. She just wrapped Lance up in her arms and never let go until Justin forced her to.
But now it was different, her face looked disappointed and enraged. This wasn't a look Blake would usually have and that scared Lance.
"Why are you home?! Your supposed to be at school for like another hour!" Blake yelled, Lance sighed and looked at the ground.
"W-well. Something h-happened at school and I wanted t-to come home." Lance explained while playing with his thumbs. His voice low and his lip started to wobble a couple times.
"What happened?" Blake crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow. He looked at her, he hated the way she looked at him.
"W-well. I kinda got into an a-argument with my friends over something and I couldn't take it anymore." Lance said again, she looked a little more concern about her son.
"What was the argument about?" Blake asked, stepping forward to her son in case he needs a hug.
"Well. I was kinda angry a-about how I always need someone there for me. Like I got tired of not doing anything by my self. I'm just tired of being afraid to speak." Lance said, by the end you could hear Lance's voice breaking.
"Oh Lance." Blake said and brought him into a hug, she hugged her son close, him putting his head on top of her. Tears threatening to fall down, he just wanted to feel normal.
"I know it's hard, but you could to face your fear. Like start off with your friends, they seem like good people." Blake said while rubbing lances back. Lance nodded and Blake backed away from their hug.
"But you're still grounded, but I'll be back. I have to go to the store really quick." Blake said and walked out the door. Lance blew out a sigh and sat down on his bed.

The group was walking around, looking all around for lance. They were worried something might've happened to him, they just wanted to make sure he was safe.
"Are you sure he went this way?" Allura asked, as soon as she said that, they saw the woman they saw before. She was getting back into the car with bags.
"Hey don't we know her?" Hunk asked and everyone looked closely. They looked at the women, and Pidge nodded her head.
"She was with Lance, At the mall you remember?!" Keith said and smiled, Lana ran up to the car and waved her hands. Blake looked at the group weirdly and closed the trunk.
"Miss!" Lana said and Blake raised her eyebrow. She looked around her just in case they were talking to someone behind her.
"Yes? What can I help you with?" Blake asked, pointing to herself. Eventually all the group caught up to Lana and Blake looked around more. Shiro noticed that she was around Pidge's height and had long blackish hair that went down to her waist a little.
"Um are you lances mom?" Lana asked, Blake looked around the group with caution.
"Yeah, I'm his adoptive mom yes. Why is there something going on?" Blake asked, but she already knew that answer. They out a breathe of relief knowing they found the right women.
"Is Lance home or well did you see him at all?" Hunk asked, Blake looked at him and nodded slowly.
"Well yeah, he's at home. Why?" Blake had a little playful gleam in her eyes. The group smiled knowing their friend was home safe.
"Well we wanted to make sure he was okay. That's all." Pidge sighed knowing lance is okay. Blake hummed and nodded, she smiled up at the group.
"Well do you want to see him see him or something? I think he needs to apologize for whatever he did or you need to apologize for whatever you did." Blake asked, but still had a evil look. They all nodded and Blake motioned to the car, they all got in and Blake began drive home. It only lasted for like a couple minutes, but Blake didn't feel like walking to the store and back. When they got to the house, Blake grabbed her bags and went inside, but the gang hesitated a bit.
"What if Lance doesn't want to see us?" Hunk frowned, he looked around his friends with a desperate look.
"We'll just have to find out." Keith said, walking forward and the rest followed.
"Lance can you get down here please?" Blake yelled and they heard footsteps coming down. Now lance didn't know people were there and he was about to answer back, but stoped when he saw people. He closed his mouth and brought up his hands to sign.
"What's going on?" Lance signed, all of them frowned when they saw Lance's mouth go close. Mainly Keith wanted to know what Lance's voice sounded like.
"Well your friends wanted to see if you were okay." Blake said while putting everything away in the kitchen. Lance walked over to the group and raised an eyebrow.
"Listen I'm sorry, I shouldn't of acted like that. I was acting like a mom when I wanted to act like your friend. I hope you can forgive me. But don't blame them for the way I acted." Lana apologized. Everyone looked at Lance to see his face expressions changed. After a while Lance smiled and nodded.
"I understand." Lance signed, Lana smiled and Lance smiled back.
"You forgive me, Well us?" Lana asked again and Lance nodded. Everyone smiled, Lana grabbed him for a hug and he hugged back tightly.
"Well since everyone's here, would you like to stay for dinner?" Blake asked and everyone nodded.
