Jealousy and Armours

as of right now, i will no longer give warnings of season six spoilers. so if you still haven't watched season six, i recommend you watch it now, if you can.

After the big fight with Lotor, everyone decided to find a planet to stay in for awhile, since the castle had been destroyed.

After traveling for what seemed like days, the voltron team finally found a nice and decent planet to stay in.

Apparently, planet oXyn, was a fellow friend of the altean race from before.

The prince, Lucious, welcomed the team with full respect, since the alteans helped the oXyns during the war. "thank you again, prince lucious, for letting us stay in your castle." said princess Allura. "oh, its no trouble." He smiled at the her.

"pfft, prince smiley face let us stay in his castle so that he can make his move on allu-" Lance grumbled with his arms crossed. He was interruped by Pidge, who was pulling his arm, "C'mon dude! Let's explore this castle!!" Pidge said as she grabbed Lance's arm and dragged him.

"H-Hey guys, wait up!" Hunk said as he catched up to his friends. Shiro grunted, and we looked at him, "oh, do you have any hospitals nearby? We need to help Shiro here." You said, taking Shiro's arm and slinging it over your shoulder, "oh, no need for a hospital, we have one here inside! Come on, i'll show you." Prince lucious said.

"okay thank you-"

"ill come with you."
Keith said, you looked at him, "Keith you stay here and accompany Allura-"

"no, its alright. i'll just stay here." You hesitated but you nodded your head anyways.

The prince helped you to his castle's hospital, which was very nearby the entrance. "here," lucious said as he helped you put Shiro down on the bed. Shiro grunted and sighed heavily but decided to settle down.

"One of the nurses will come by, if you'll excuse me." lucious said with a bow as he went out of the room. You smiled and slightly blushed at the sweet prince. Keith seemed to notice.

So he gave you a look and decided to sit down beside Shiro, who seemed like was sleeping soundly on the bed.

You noticed Keith's behavior so you asked him, "why, what's wrong?" Keith grumbled something you couldn't quite understand.

"What?"

"Nothing."

You scoffed and went to look back at Shiro. You looked back at him again, but only for him to look back down on the missing arm on Shiro.

You let out a slightly loud gasp,"Keith Kogane, are you," you said slowly, narrowing your eyes at him, "jealous?"

Keith's eyes widened before he scoffed, "Me? Jealous? Never." he chuckled lowly, "plus, why would I be jealous?" He looked at you, you had your arms crossed and you had a smug look on your face.

"Nononono, I am not jealous of that prince. " He pointed to the door which the prince walked out of.

"I never said anything about the prince." You chuckled, "w-w-well, your face looked like you were saying that I was jealous of him! Which I'm not!"He stammered. It was out of character for Keith to stammer, but during this wonderful relationship with Keith, he said you 'do things to him'

"pfft, uh huh."

It was the evening, Allura and Lucious were talking outside, Shiro was resting in his room, Lance and Hunk were with him, Romelle was exploring, Krolia and Pidge were talking about Krolia's story, and the couple were in their shared bedroom.

You were sitting down on your bed. The bedroom was so gorgeous, it actually took your breath away. You were in your night gown which was given by one of the wonderful maids and you were reading a book.

Keith was currently in the washroom. He just finished taking a bath, and he borrowed the black paladin armor from Shiro. He decided to take a break from The Blade of Marmora for a little while, and lead voltron until Shiro feels better to lead again.

He looked at himself in the mirror, 'maybe i should have (Y/n)'s opinions about this.' He thought.

He went outside the bathroom with hesitation, what would she think? would she judge me? make fun of me? no, (Y/n) would never do that, would she? He took a deep breath and finally opened the door.

You heard the door open so you put your book down, and you turned your head to the door of the bathroom.

You saw Keith in the black paladin armor, "holy mother of quiznack." You said with a red face.

"Well, what do you think?" Keith, who had a red face, said, putting his arms out and putting them back down to his sides.

You gave him a smirk, eyeing him up and down, which made him have a redder face than before.

"it suits you."

This made Keith let out the breath that he didn't know he held before. "you look really handsome." You said, still with that smirk on your face.

Keith gave you a smile, but once he decided to go back to the bathroom you slapped his butt, making him yelp and blush redder than both the red lion and his jacket combined.

"Give' em hell, baby."

You smirked at the look of his face, he gulped and went back quickly to the bathroom.

bonus:

"Why'd you take so long in the bathroom? Was the uniform that hard to take off, or were you checking yourself out in the mirror?"
you asked Keith who just came out of the bathroom.

His hair was disheveled too when he went out of the restroom. He didn't answer your question, he just looked to the side and cleared his throat, looking back at the book that he was reading.

You took a moment to think before you gasped at him, "YOU-" He put his hand over your mouth, "Quiet!" You freaked out and quickly took his hand out of your mouth, "AH! Take your hand off me! YOU MIGHT'VE USED THAT HAND!" There was a moment of silence before you started laughing out loud. Keith glared at you with a pout and look back at the side, crossing his arms.

"Aww, no need to be angry with me hun, if you needed help, don't be afraid to ask me." You pointed to yourself and smirked. This made Keith blush again, so he hid himself under the blankets.
