Chapter Nine- Vidcon Ends

Chapter Nine

Lauren's POV

The rest of VidCon days zoomed by fast and we were already saying good-bye to our fellow YouTube friends.

I knocked on Shay's door. Yesterday I hung out with his family and him with Zoe and it was a blast. It was fun and amusing and it was sad to know that I had to say good-bye to him and his family today. He was a great person. Geniune, kind and fatherly like he was on camera.

Avia opened the door, "Hi Lauren!"

"Hey Avia! Are you all packed and ready to go back home?" I smiled at her.

She smiled back, "Yes! Dad! Lauren's here!"

Shay came out and he had his vlogging camera out, "I was just talking about Zoe and you!"

I laughed, "Hopefully good things!"

"Bad!" He grinned, and chuckled, "Just kidding you! Good things!" He directed his camera to me, "Here is Lauren Chapman! Remember her from yesterday's vlog? Say hi Lauren!"

"Hey guys!" I smiled to the camera.

"Come inside!"

I went inside as invited.

"Be sure to subscribe to her! She makes amazing and hilarious videos!" Shay smiled at the camera.

As he continued to speak to his camera, I went to the kitchen to find Colette was with Brock and Gavin making snacks. "Hi Lauren!" She said.

"Hi Colette, I'm just popping in to say good-bye to you all!"

We chatted for a little bit and then it was time for me to say my final good-byes to them. It was upsetting, but I would keep in touch with him through the internet.

Emmi and Avia gave me hugs. I gave Brock a hug and Gavin a hug. I cuddled with Daxton and then I hugged Colette and exchanged numbers with Shay.

Shay and myself headed to the door, "I hope to see you again soon!" I said.

"I hope to see you soon too! Next time I see you, you and Marcus better be together," He joked, smiling.

I laughed too, "Mm, maybe." I smiled and hugged him.

I started to walk to Tyler's room to say good bye to him, Troye and Connor.

"Oh my gosh! I'm going to miss you so much Lauren!" Tyler said.

"I'm going to miss you too Tyler!" We hugged.

"But I'm going to see you when I come to visit you guys in London! Which is soon! So I'll come and stay with you guys and hang out with you guys then!" He grinned.

"I can't wait!" We hugged once more and then said good-bye to each other, promising to skype and message each other when we arrived home.

I hugged Connor and Troye too and also said good-bye them.

I didn't need to go to say good-bye to Joey, because fortunately, he was coming to stay with Tanya, Jim and myself. He had a few meetings and things around London to do which I was very much happy about. I could spend more time with my best friend. I hardly saw him apart from YouTube Conventions which were short and only a few times a year. It would be even more better if Tyler could come too, but he can't, sadly.

Time zoomed by and we were already in the plane going back to London. This time, though, we were on a plane with all the Brighton YouTubers too which was, how do I describe it? Fun. Although I did feel sorry for the people who were on the plane with us and there eardrums. It was soo noisy.

There were vlogging cameras everywhere too which made me laugh. We were definitely YouTubers.

I sat next to Marcus, Louise and Joey, in the four seats in the middle of the plane.

The four of us talked about our experiences at VidCon and what we were looking forward to this year. It was reflection time. I said that I was looking forward to release the rest of my follow up make up products. Joey said that he was looking forward to meeting more and more viewers, very kind of him to say. Louise said that she was looking forward to seeing Darcy, which was sweet of her. Last but not least, Marcus was looking forward to something top secret, that he couldn't tell us, even if we begged him. It was top secret/confidential stuff.

After about 3 hours through the flight, I got my vlogging camera and vlogged a little.

"Hi my beautiful friends! I am here with Marcus, Louise and Joey, and as you can see, we are going home!" I pouted and then carried on talking, "It has been such an amazing experience and I can't wait until next year! Thank you for turning up and giving us all those gifts! You didn't have to! Especially the Larcus ones." I laughed and Joey did too.

"Oh and Joey's, Shoey's one!" I laughed, "Hope you guys had as great of an experience as I did!" I turned off the vlogging camera and got some of the letters that people had given to me at the meet ups from my bag and started to read them through-out the flight.

"They made a whole list of why we should be dating Marky ButtButt!" I laughed.

Joey pulled it from my hands and started reading it out loud.

"I think that the Larcus ship should be cannon because you: Are perfect together, have so much things in common! Are cute together..." And he carried on.

Tanya from behind us giggled, "I agree with whoever wrote that!" Jim chuckled and so did Alfie and Zoe.

I laughed and then took the note back from Joey, "Cherishing this."

Marcus hadn't heard anything about this because he was busy editing his latest vlog. This morning I had put concealer on his eye so that it wouldn't show as much of the bruise and redness.

Joey and I continued to read all of the letters that my beautiful friends had wrote. Many were about The Larcus ship and about how much I make there day. Some of them had addresses that I could write back to. I might to some..

After we had finished reading the letters and looking at the gifts and presents that came with them we watched some Orange is The New Black together. Joey had to catch me up on 3 of the episodes that I hadn't watched but he had watched quickly.

Finally the plane landed and we were all so incredibly tired.

We said good-bye to Louise, Zoe, Alfie and Marcus at the airport and then went to Jim's car. Tanya, Joey, Jim and I. Caspar and Joe took a taxi back to there apartment.

We went home and ordered some take-aways to eat for the night. We edited our vlogs and straight after went to sleep. I made Joey's bed for him in the guest room and we decided that tomorrow we would film a collab together and then go for a bit of a shop together around London.

There was a text on my phone and it was from Marcus.

Marcus: I'm coming to London in a few more days to hang out with Casp and Joe! The others are coming too! We'll come to visit you! Looking forward to spending more time with you x

I smiled and told Joey, Jim and Tanya. They were as excited as we were. We got to spend more time with most of our best friends. I couldn't wait.
