it's all my fault

it's been a few months and jaiden moved on. james and emma heard about it and whenever they went somewhere james would invite jaiden. jaiden felt uncomfortable coming. she felt like she was in the way but james always insisted.

james: hey jaiden me and emma are going to the beach for the weekend wanna come?

jaiden: idk james it feels like i'm in the way. why dont you and emma just go alone.

james: what! of course your not in the way. cmon i insist.

jaiden: ok fine.

james: yay

at the beach

james: "jaiden you can go we're gonna unpack."

jaiden: "oh ok"

emma: "james, why does jaiden always come with us?"

james: "she's lonely emma. she needs a friend. you know what happened to her with rylan and stuff."

emma: "but we never have alone time anymore."

james: "im sorry i just don't want her to get depressed again."

emma: "it seems like you want her here more than me."

james: "are you jealous?"

emma: "what if i am"

james: "your being kind of rude"

emma: "what how could you say that!"

james: "it's true. you haven't been yourself lately."

emma: "well how would you feel if your boyfriend was spending a lot of time with another girl?"

james: "emma just stop it. your acting like a child."

emma: "how could you say that! if im acting like a child then she's the reason why!" emma said pointing to jaiden sitting on the sand alone.

james: "no it's you. you've let the jealousy take over. your not the nice sweet girl i thought you were."

emma: "ugh how dare you say that! you know what when we get home i'm moving out we're over!" she said as she stormed out crying.

james was so overwhelmed. he just laughed at how ridiculous emma was. he then remembered jaiden. he walked over to her and sat down.

james: "hey"

jaiden: "hi"

jaiden: "where's emma?"

james: "oh um well we.. we broke up."

jaiden: "what why you guys were so happy together!"

james: "actually she wasn't the girl i thought she was. she changed."

jaiden: "how so?"

james: "i thought she was a nice sweet girl but she let the jealousy takeover."

jaiden: "who was she jealous of?"

james: "umm.. you."

jaiden: "w-what me why! there's no reason to be jealous of me!"

james: "she thought it was weird i was spending to much time with you."

jaiden: "oh james i'm so sorry! i told you me coming along was a bad idea i should've just stayed home it's all my fault!"

james: "what no no it's not you it's her."

jaiden: "im sorry james"

james: "don't apologize it's fine."
