Chapter 5: You're the special one

  Simon's POV

We all know really clear about each other after the talk. Amanda seems better because she could say everything in her mind.

-Simon, I think I have to left
-It's just half past ten now, quite early. Stay a little bit more, I will take you home

-Oh, I've already pre-ordered a taxi to come and pick me at 10:30...

I was shocked at first by what her said, she's now 37 years old but she came home on time!? I start to burst into laugh

-You're just like a teenager, Amanda. Are you too old to turn back home before midnight?
-I thought we just eating dinner, so I don't want to mind you, that's why I book a taxi
Amanda tries to explain, but I can't stop laughing

-Oh darling, so it's time to say goodbye now. I think I will stay here for a little more, I want to finish my wine, I will go later. Home safely!
I say, and then want to give her a kiss on her cheek, but she suddenly turns her head to mine so it turns out I kiss on her lips.

Amanda's  POV:

I was really embarrassed that I booked a taxi and left too soon. Simon seems want to take me home. He laughed a lot and I don't think he will forget this. It's was such a terrible date. I mean, everything Simon's up to was happened perfect, but at last, I mess it all.
Simon kisses me on my lips, and says goodbye to me. He is such a kind man.

We meet again the next day. The moment  Simon sees me, he starts to laugh. I know that he still remember all things last night. I'm so shy that I couldn't look at his face. I avoid replying back when Simon says hello to me, and walk straight to Piers. He's talking with Stephen.
-Good morning, Piers
He gives me a hug and say hello back to me.
- Why don't you come and say hello to Simon. Aren't you get upset with him!?
-No, of course not
I try to deny, but Simon walk to mine and put his hand on my shoulder
-I thought you was. You don't even look at my face.
He gazes at me, and then whisper to my ear
-You are upset because I'm still remembering what happened last night, aren't you? You are so childish, sweetheart!
-If you told Piers that I've booked a taxi at 10:30, I'm gonna kill you, Simon!
In a cunningly way, Simon says ok.

Simon's POV

I couldn't stop laughing and hardly to fall asleep last night. when thinking of Amanda. And it's fun to see Amanda get mad. She is extremely adorable at that time. I slowly take her head in my arms.

-I love you, Mandy- I sigh
-What have you just said Simon, I can't hear clearly
-Nothing, you don't want to hear it. Hey, don't be so close to Piers and Stephen
-Why, we're good friends!?
- You're my friend too, and I'm your boss, obey me.
-Don't be strict like that!-Amanda shouts
Her face now is so cute. I caress her face, and then walk away.
All the show today, I try to sit as near as Amanda as I can.
We have a short-break, Amanda turns to Piers and talk with him closely. Obviously I'm gonna be jealous. I use my hand to pull her chair suddenly to my side
- Hey, Simon. Stop it!
-I told you before, you're under my charge
-You're so childish and bossy.
-That's my personality, and because I'm the boss, that's why I am bossy.
However, Amanda keeps turn her back to me and start to talk with Stephen. She's really driving me crazy. Lately she's told that I'm the one she loved most when Stephen asking about her favourite judge.
Amanda smiles a lot today, because many performs today is hilarious, of course not for me.
-You think that stupid act could deserve a chance to the next round, Amanda!?
-Yes, me and Piers both love that act, except you! You are such a boring guy. He is so funny that we're all burst into laugh
-Well, it's still a no from me
  
We complete the long day. It's nearly 10'o clock. The more people attended, the more no from me. Piers says goodbye to us and get his car. I'm still waiting for my driver, he's got some work to do so he will come a little bit late. And standing next to me is Amanda, she's waiting for her taxi.
-Long day, aren't you tired?-I ask Amanda
-Of course . I think I will fall asleep as soon as I get home
-I hope that there will be some acts that suit me tomorrow
-You never laugh on the show. The only time I see you laugh was when we was on that dinner date.
-Gosh, I laugh a lot. Just because you guys don't have a chance to see my beautiful smile
-I wonder who could be able to make you laugh!? That person must be really talented
-Now you're just too proud about yourself, darling
My answer isn't clearly, but Amanda can realise that I try to mention about her.
And the truth, she's the only person who can make me smile, that's why she's special.
