On a stormy night, a new life was brought in the world. As the thunder was heard the baby let her first cry to the world. As the sky released there cry the mother let one single tear slide down to the ground.

She took the baby and put it in the basket she covers the baby with light pink blanket left a note and as she left the note she left her baby in front of a military base.

The cry of the baby was noticed by a young soldier he toke the baby and got inside. They called every hospital in the city but they still didn't know who the baby is.

A soldier in his thirties with black hear and green eyes looked at the baby and the baby for the first time in four hours stopped crying. At that moment he knew that he will call the baby his daughter. He and his wife were trying for years to have a baby but they couldn't. So when he looked at the baby he thanked God for the gift he sends. He took the note and he read it: "Her name is Alexandra she was born on 29 January. I couldn't love her so I am letting her go. Maybe someone will love her and give her everything that they have. I couldn't give her much but I still love her never in hundreds of years I will stop loving her. I will remember you and the love that I have for you will never be replaced. I love you, Alexandra." So he took her and did the exact thing he loved her with everything he had.

17-years later

A loud bang on my door woke me up from my dream. "I am up," I said, still not moving from my bed. I turned around on my back, looking up the ceiling, deep in thought I stayed like that for a while till I decided its time to get up. I got out from my bed, I started to walk towards the bathroom when I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, my eyes were red from the lack of sleep, they had a certain grey colour taking over my capturing green eyes, now they matched with my inside empty. I stand at 5'9, having grown up in the military since a young age I was covered in muscles. I got in the shower and after four minutes I was out, this was a regular short shower that everyone took, no longer than five minutes. Being in the military we always had short showers, 'you never know when a strike team will attack' my father would always say that but in reality, he mostly said that because I would always take long showers, when I was young, making him late for work. I got dressed in my uniform, it was just basic military uniform green t-shirt, camouflage pants and combat boots. I tied my hair in a ponytail and went downstairs.

When I got there everyone was sitting around the table, waiting for my father to come. I sat at my usual place, I looked around the table searching for my best friend. When I saw him he was just seconds before felling asleep I giggle to myself and shook my head, he never learned to go to sleep earlier and not to stay up late watching shows. Everyone started to rise as our general entered the room, he was a tall, buff guy with a clean hair cut, even if you saw him on the streets out of his uniform you would know he is military. As he passed the people to get to his place on the table everyone saluted him, showing respect. The general comes to his sit but he still didn't sit down, he looked down the table, looking at his young cadets. He preferred to sit with the young cadets, believing they are the secret weapon of the military because they are young and their brain works differently, or mostly because his daughter is young "cadet". Yes, she was young but she was furthest from a cadet, her rank is as high as any senior there, working on it ever since she was four years old. "Good morning everyone. You all may sit down" he said in a calm voice, once everyone set down we started eating and chatting with each other.

After 30 minutes I made my way to my room so I can change in my school clothes, even tho I may work and live in a military base I am still required to go to school. I choose a pair to reap black jeans with a white crop top and on top of that my black leather jacket and white sneakers.

I made my way downstairs I saw my best friend waiting at the door he was wearing black jeans with a red shirt and black sneakers, we were almost matching. When I was near him he started walking, I quickly caught up with him, he went towards the red Audi Cabriolet, he slides in the driving seat and I sat in the passenger seat, he turns on the radio and faint music was heard "What took you so long this time?" He asked me as we started our one hour drive to school "I am a girl and I need to look perfect" I said and he started laughing I just giggle "You....girl.." he said throughout laugher, he was laughing so hard that tears were sliding down his face I just flip him off trying to fight off a smile that was threatening to break free. The rest of the drive was just like this field with laughing and singing.
