But You Are To Young

The morning came fast, I rolled from by bad and went to take a shower after the nice and warm shower I got out I rolled a tawel around my body and started to dry my hear. After 20 minutes I was in the kitchen with everyone else except my father aka our general.

After 10 minutes waiting he came into the kitchen and finely we started to eat. "Alex I heard that general Santiago is coming in visit today" my father asked me "Yeah he is" I told him and ended the conversation. Me and my father are not close. We can not agree on same things we always end up arguing so when we talk we say two or three worlds.

After the breakfast me and Shawn went to the office. When we got there I greeted Helen and everyone else with my usual speech and our day started.

"Agent there are here!" Helen yelled "A take deep breaths you can do this" Shawn said to me as he toke his position next to me. A family of four come into the office the man was in his forties was the first to enter the office. He has dark hair with green eyes and his body was build. Next to him was a lady with blonde hair and blue eyes with well toned body. When my eyes landed on the girl behind the man my world stopped. The school queen bee the girl that I has had crush on for years is in my office. Her blond hair fell on her shoulder. Her eyes were deep oceans that I got lost even in my dreams. Her lips were pink and always ready for kissing. Her body was something that every girl is dreaming.

I toke couple steps towards them and put my arm in front of the general "Welcome general Santiago I am agent Alex O'Connell I am the lead agent of this unit" "I am sorry but aren't you to young to be the lead agent?" "I am sir but that doesn't mean that I don't do my job the best I know" "Okay than. This is my wife Valerie this is my oldest child Jason and my daughter Rey" I shake hi wife and son's hands after that my eyes landed on Rey I put my hand for hand shake. After couple of minutes she finally shake my hand, when our hands touched I felt electricity going through me. I let her arm and smiled at her that I turned and faced her further but from the corner of my eye I saw her smiling.

"Sir you can sit here and if you went anything you can ask any agents here and you can also ask my secretary Helen" I said pointing at Helen "Thank you agent" and with that I left them.

After  greeting them we got our first call. "Okay guys let's do this" I yell at the team. When we were at the location it was a building on fire. "Agent Olson take one more agent and get the roof done" we waited for two minutes before we were clear to go in.

The sound of wood burning and breaking was heard as we went inside. Everywhere you could see agents breaking the doors searching and coming empty with no one on there side. Eventually we made our way to the second floor and did the same except this time we found two people. As we were on the third floor we could hear people screaming. Running towards the door the roof felt in front of us making it difficult to past "If we all jump the floor will cash so I will go. Be on stand" I said as I was ready to make the jump.

1...2...3...and jump.

I felt the floor crack under me. With couple trays I was inside the room there were 10 people inside "You need to be calm and you need to jump from this side to the other were the agents are. Don't worry they will catch you." I guide them to the hall one by one they jumped on the other side except for one teenager "Come on just jump they will catch you don't worry" "I can't I twisted my ankle this morning" "Oh... what is your name boy?" "I am Joseph" "Okay than Joseph get on my back and we will jump together" he wrapped his hands around my neck and his legs around my waist. "On 3 we will jump" I felt him nodding his head "Hold on one...two...three" I jumped but because he was on my back I didn't made the jump. So I was hanging on breaking floor "Agents take him off of my back and exit the building" "But we can't leave you" "I said to exit the building and that is an order" I felt the boy being lifted from my back and then footsteps were heard going away.

I lifted my self on my arms and position myself back on my feet and started running when I was on the first floor the roof crashed getting me trapped "Who is on the line?" "Agent Scott for the base" "Agent Scott  contact Agent Olson and tell him that I am trapped in the building" "Copy That" the line went dead for couple minutes so I went to look around the floor for a possible exit. "Agent are you on the line?" "I am" "Agent Olson said that he is looking for an exit but they only have two minutes before the firefighters take the case" "Dammit Okay Agent keep me updated" and with that I cut the line.

Five more minutes of me roaming though the floor I was once again connect with the base "Base here agent what is your state?" "For now I am fine but I don't have much time maybe 5 more minutes if I have luck" I said with cough between the words. After a minute or two we were connect again "Base here again I am sorry agent but the fire department thinks that is too late to came. If they do they say that they will lose more it's just not worth the risk I am really sorry but you are on your own" "Thank you base" "Good luck Alex come back to us" and with that I killed the line. I look around hoping that I will find a way but as I was getting near the door explosion destroyed the door and with that my life went in front of me. The next thing I know everything went black.

When I woke up everything was white I could hear people talking but I couldn't make what they were saying after couple of seconds I was unconscious again.

Rey POV

We were in the office waiting the agents to come from there first call when Shawn entered the office cursing and yelling. Me and my family all look at each other confused so my dad went to find out what is happening. "Agent what is going on?" "We lost truck of Agent O'Connell" "What do you mean you lost truck of her" "The first call was about burning building we got all people out but when Alex was at the door it crush so she is still in there and the fire department doesn't think that she is worth saving" as he said that I got some strange filling inside I just went to go and held her in my arms. Wait What? To held her in my arms? What the hell I shake my head to clear my mind. "They found her she is transport to a hospital as we speak" I heard Shawn telling my dad Shawn run through the door we all sit down everyone lost in there own world. Silence filled the room finally my dad broke the silence "We will get going and please call me when you will have an update" "Yes sir" one agent  answer with small voice like he was too afraid to speak. We made our way towards the car, once we were on the road my dad and mom started talking about today. Why did I worried so much about her I don't even know her. But when Shawn told us about her I just went to get on my knees and cry I don't know why I care so much about her it's not like I know her I didn't even know her name before today I just knew that she is from my school and that Jason bullies her. When he is tease  her I just went to say stop but I never do I never say anything that can help her all I know is that I went to protect her from everyone and everything I don't know what is happening to me. My thoughts were interrupted by my dad's voice telling me we are home. I went straight to my room and felt asleep still thinking about her.
