THE CLOSURE

Chapter 7

"To love someone it doesn't mean that you have to make that person to love you back, but sometimes the only pleasure you get is when the love in unrequited, because you can grow and get lesson"

Harris is the new guy that appeared in Suzanne's life. Harris bring a lot of differences in her life. Suzanne started not to care about what bullshits people are throwing towards her since she know him. They never had any special term or any relationship. Both of them just recognized themselves as a friend but somehow in the other hand Suzanne found out herself develop that little feeling towards Harris but what is worrying enough if she never sure is that because she was in the process to forget Simon make she had that feeling though. Sometimes, it is weird though because eventhough Suzanne just getting knew Harris, but to see on how Harris react with her is never for once she felt herself to be in awkward situation. Harris is a good guy in Suzanne's thought. Everytime they talked, Harris always make the conversation going well and she can feel that he is easy-going person and it was nice to know him. Their life continues as usual, they talked when they feel like too. The thing going right and sometimes Suzanne find herself is too funny when she felt that Harris is someone that can help her to forget Simon. She begin to realize that she got that little crush on Harris now and she remember about her old good friend in college before this, Dyan. Dyan is someone that knew Harris very well and sometimes people could be misunderstand whether they both are really good friend or they are having a relationship in silent. Suzanne decided to ask for Dyan's help and she wanna know more about Harris life. Suzanne decided to reach for Dyan and asked something that day. They agreed to meet at the park nearby that evening and had some coffee. As she actually not meet Dyan for awhile so they decided to spend more time together that evening.

**At the Cruff Park, 5.00pm

Suzanne and Dyan was sitting on the bench at the park while watching for kids are playing frisbee and kite that evening.

Suzanne** Dyan, uhm do you mind if I ask you about something, I means that Im more into telling you something by the way you know Harris right?

Dyan whose focusing on watching the children at the park suddenly turn to Suzanne.

Dyan** Ouh! Yes I knew him. He was actually at the same college with us before you left Suzanne. I could smell something fishy here.

Suzanne** Hahaha, it wasn't really. There is no something fishy we are not at the harbour yet okay. By the way Dyan, why do you give up in with Jack. You know what your situation is completely different than mine and I really hope the best for you guys.

Dyan** It was tiring Suzannne, somehow Jack always give an excuse everytime I tried to reach him for a conclusion. I have tried my best to makesure we have a good conversation everytime that we encounter a problem but somehow he didn't. He always thought that every problem will be solved bu itself, ah I don't know where did he laernt about that theory somehow. Jack-ass!. He always find an excuse till he met his new girl. That ass guy huh.

Suzanne** He is? Im so sorry to hear that. Haha but you know what I think why not you choose Harris, ugh hahah he somehow seem like a good guy and I think he going to be different that Jack though?

Dyan**WHAT?!? NEVER FOR THE GODSAKE SUZANNE, NO AND NO I MEANS A BIG NO. I couldn't feel anything towards my friend. He is a good guy and he is ridiculously is my good friend, Suzanne. Do you know that? Hahahah. HAH! I can smell that fishy thang again Suzanne. Haha why not give a try, I knew you somehow got that little crush on him isn't?

After she had a talk with Dyan during their meet that time, Suzanne somehow feel a bit ease as she know that Harris got no one yet. She keeps to have a conversation with him like usually but not until a few month she decided to going back to her hometown to meet her family. She already got that unease feeling and sometimes she could not arguing with her instinct. She can feels that Harris is getting knew someone else. She means that someone knew is a girl for sure. She can feel how Harris behavior is changing day to day even when they are having the conversation. And she already can predict who is the girl. The day reveal everything to her. She just finished her lunch and suddenly her cellphone is ringing. Suzanne rush to answer the call as soon she saw Dyan's name. And what Dyan tell her day make her think that she should not caught in feeling to easily even if it was just a liitle crush on someone.

And the least she can hope is Harris find his happiness because that is what Suzanne hope too for him. He is ordinary man but he is someone extra ordinary with words for Suzanne. Harris had help her a lot in those few months and she know that this is the right time to let Harris go for his happiness because Harris finally find someone that could open his heart after three years when he breaking up with his old girlfriend. To love is not really to own someone. Sometimes it just enough to see them happy even without us. We let them go and we grew from the lesson. Suzanne had realized that the little feeling she had for Harris is just that crush term feeling and it was meant that Harris be in her life once Simon breaks her heart but sometimes a person could teach us something even if they were temporary stayed in our life. Like Harris, he teach Suzanne to ignore everything and ignore the hatred and worthless opinion from peoples that like to downgrade everyone else. Harris sometimes was clueless in his life but somehow he teach Suzanne a lesson that you do not need to be that fully understand about your life journey. You do not figure out everything at all once because sometimes you just need to follow the flow that God created for you.
