An important announcement was broadcasted all over norta. The king was sitting on his throne, the queen at his side with a kind smile but anyone paying full attention could see the smile didn't reach her eyes. "Hello my people, today my oldest son has come of age." He smiled at the camera with pride the queen on the other hand looked like she could care less, it wasn't her son after all. "We have decided to host a selection one male and one female from each house will be given the opportunity to win the heart of the princes and princesses." The king said this in a rehearsed manner. "I have sent a letter to each house we are very excited to see you all and we look forward to this opportunity for our children." The queen gave her usual kind smile before the broadcast shut off.
As soon as the broadcast shut off the queen's smile faded as she cast a cold glare the king's way. "If this crashes and burns you're taking the fall." She said this before she walked out of the throne room.
