Shariphe's POV

It's all over the internet. I scroll down my facebook page.

'King Alejandro's proclamation of his girlfriend'title ng videos na kumakalat sa facebook, instagram, twitter at trending sa youtube. This is interesting. It's going to be more exciting. May nabasa akong mga comments.

Sushi: She is no good for him. Hindi sila bagay. She is just a bitch.

Krisha: at sino ang bagay sa kanya, ikaw na walang alam kundi mangutya? In your dreams, ay hindi baka mabangungot ka lang. kaya stop dreaming, kawawa ka lang.

Sushi: Who are you? Kasama ka ba ng babaeng iyon? Then you're a slut too.

Oh-uh. Sushi is rich but I know Krisha has more. Friend siya ni Maru and I know hindi rin yan titigil hangga't hindi nananalo. The two are almost the same, palaban.. Naisip ko ang nangyari sa canteen yesterday. Nagulat din ako kay King. He hates public interfering his private life. He hates the spotlight. Well, as for me, I love the crowd. Iyon ang mundo ko, socializing. Hindi ako natatahimik. King is the opposite of me. Tahimik but a bad asshole. Palaging nagpapaiyak ng babae na palagi ko naman kinocomfort. Liam is the balancer. Madada minsan, tahimik minsan. Our parents are friends kaya kami nagkakakilala. Then we met Maru, she was like a little sister to me. Wala akong kapatid na babae. Si Kuya Denrick lang ang kapatid ko but we were not that close.

The first time I met Maru, she was like an angel. Mataba siya noon, nagkaroon ako ng bagong kalaro. We four grew up together. Though she came from an orphanage, we did love her and care for her. Tinanggap naming siya, she is special to us kaya mahigpit naming siyang pinoprotektahan. I love to tease Maru dahil madali siyang mainis. We are bestfriends kaya naiintindihan ko si King kung bakit niya ginawa iyon. He wanted to protect her as much as we wanted to pero hindi pumasok sa isip ko ang pagpanggap na mag-syota. Hindi kami talo. Nawala si King ng isang taon kaya siguro bumabawi.

"Shariphe,baby" tawag ng mama ko.

"I'm not a baby anymore" sabi ko.

"you are my baby, what's with the trending today?" hindi yan magpapahuli ng balita.

"o, King and MAru? Just one of the tricks of King to protect Maru. It's just an act" sabi ko.

Kilala nila si Maru. Ang buong pagkatao niya because her family was one of us noong nabubuhay pa ang mga magulang niya. They were powerful but down to earth then suddenly nangyari ang accident. Nakapagtataka lang kung bakit siya napunta sa orphanage kung pwede naman na kupkupin siya ng mga kapatid ng papa niya.

"I know that scene when a man wants to protect the girl, he always say that but in fact he they don't have that kind of relationship" sabi ng mama kong nag-iimagine.

"You're watching too many dramas" sabi ko sa kanya. Tumatawag si Maru phone.

"What's up Maru?" tanong ko sa kabilang linya. "okay, I'll be there" dagdag na sabi ko.

Kinuha ko ang susi ng kotse bago lumabas. It's Sunday kaya wala kaming pasok. Nagdrive ako until I saw ang boutique na sinasabi ni Maru.

'Dawn Flower shop' Nagpark ako malapi sa boutique. Bumili ng coffee bago naglakad papunta sa flower shop. Pagliko ko sa may corridor may tumatawag sa phone.
