Chapter 11: When Humans Meet Strange People

(Ashley's POV)

For being an old shack, the place was cozy. I'm used to "How do you like your egg? Would you like more tea?" For Pity's sake I'm not a Brit!!!! It was nice to have privacy and have the availability for me to do my own thing. After breakfast, the twins were going to show me around town.

"So first we can go to the museum and then the library, and then we can go look for leprecorns," Dipper says, listing them on his fingers.

"Uh sounds great... but what is a leprecorn?" I ask, as we start walking over to the museum.

"It's a cross between a leprechaun and a unicorn. They are interesting," Mabel giggles.

I nod, and we enter the old building. My eyes look at all the history and I was blown away. Usually, I find history kind of dull, but this was actually interesting!!!! After that we went to the library and I ran into a guy...

"Oh sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going! And—wait... I know you, you were at the Shack when I first arrived!" I exclaimed.

"Indeed, I was, Llama," he replied with a smirk.

"What did you call me?"

"Your necklace, it's a llama, right? Interesting animal to choose."

"I- I like llamas. Is that a problem?" I ask, this guy was weird.

"I believe your cousin was a llama. In a hypothetical sense at least."

"Uh... how do you know my cousin? Who are you?!"

"The names Bill Cipher. And yes, you saw me at the Mystery Shack with my siblings."

"The boy and girl who had the blue and yellow hair?"

"Yep. That's them. Hey, you seem smart... do you want to make a deal?"

"For what?" I snap, now he was really weird.

"I don't know yet. But I do want to strike a deal with you. I'll find you later with the conditions. Enjoy your books," he states, and as he passes me he pushes a book into my arms.

The Encyclopedia to Demons, interesting book, but what would I do with it? Study about demons? News flash. They don't exist. I walk around until I find the twins.

"Hey guys. I just met the weirdest guy and he gave me this book," I say, while handing Dipper the book.

"Uh, what was his name?" Dipper says, flipping through the book.

"Bill Cipher. He said he wanted to make a deal, but he didn't know what conditions he wanted. I think he'll find me when he thinks of some."

Dipper drops the book and has his hands on my shoulder, which was hard because I am taller than him. Never the less, he still startled me.

"Don't EVER make a deal with Bill, if you do... you will deeply regret it. Okay?"

"Uh... sure. Why though? And how did he know Pacifica? And why is my necklace important?!"

Dipper sat me down and started a long, long story about last summer.

(Willa's POV)

We had been together as a family for 23 hours and I already lost Bill. Although, I was picking up reads from him at the library. Will was laying on the couch, head in my lap as I talked to him about different things. However, we had been in a deep silence for a while. Kill hadn't been seen since this morning at breakfast. I could hear him punching things in his room. I heard a grumble and looked down at Will.
