CHAPTER V

He froze there for a moment, but then, he returned to see those gorgeous green eyes looking at him in surprise.

A beautiful face that got some scratches and a bandaid at the side of the head, and a fragile body that seemed aching and not recovering yet.

-"What are you doing out of the hospital?" He asked angrily.

His eyes were burning with anger, and he started shaking furiously, he went to grab her arm but she looked at him in horror.

-"Don't you dare!" She seethed.

-"Yeah?!" He mocked her and took a step back while crossing his arms and lifting one eyebrow in an arrogant way and looked at her coldly.

-"What do you think you're doing? And since when you are here in NY?" She asked angrily.

-"I have my business here" was all he said as he grabbed her forearm and dragged her outside the shop while she protested furiously.

Once they reached his car, he let go of her arm.

-"How did you know I was in the hospital?" She asked suddenly.

He just stood there silently and just kept looking at her form, she seemed to be okay.

-"Get in the car, I will grab my coffee and we will head back to the hospital" he said and went to head back to the shop but he heard her huffing mockingly, and his feet froze when he heard her words.

-"Go f*** yourself a**hole!" She said.

When he turned to her to confirm that he heard her clearly, he found her walking away, so he hurried and grabbed her forearm again and turned her around, and their faces were mirroring the same degree of anger.

-"Don't touch me!" She seethed.

He went to let go of her arm, but he saw her eyes flutter as her head rolled back and her body weakened and went to collapse, but he held her before she could hit the ground and lifted her body in his arms.

He looked at her in panic and rushed to open his car and put her body inside in a comfortable position and drove to the hospital with ultra speed.

He reached the hospital and run inside with her in his arms screaming for doctors.

Nurses and doctors run to him and took care of her.

He stayed there for another hour and made sure everything was taken good care of, payed her bills and everything and then returned to his car.

Her head took an ugly blow, and she needed more time to rest.

He was driving towards the mansion when he received a call from Daniel telling him that everything was ready.

He took a quick U turn and headed to the building were the gang affairs were supposed to be held.

And he found his gift waiting in the usual room.

-"Boss, we brought them and prepared for the evening" Daniel said.

-"Good job" the boss said in satisfaction.

He walked to the door and opened it calmly, and spotted four people on their knees, blindfolded and handcuffed behind their backs, and they seemed pale, but untouched, just as he requested.

He hummed and walked inside and closed the door behind him.

-"So, welcome to hell" he said and the four people jumped slightly startled by his rich and manly voice.
