CHAPTER XXII

High school wasn't a calm place during lunch break, teenagers were all around the place.

But, in a table by the big window, only three teenagers were sitting calm.

-"Jason, how are you doing lately?" Imad asked as he opened the juice box and inserted the straw, grabbed Jason's hand and put it around the box and saw the guy smile brightly.

-"Strangely, everything is going very well" Jason said with a huge smile as he went to take a sip of the juice.

As beautiful as he seems, as gorgeous as his honey colored eyes seemed, Jason is blind.

Walid, Imad and Jason met in high school, the first year here, and their friendship started the first week when Jason was getting bullied, well, our two badass teenagers acted like two awesome knights on shining armors and saved the situation, and they hang out together in school since that day.

-"Really?" Imad asked as he picked a few vegetables out of his lunchbox and put it in Walid's tray.

-"Dude! What are you doing? Not again!" Walid said in annoyance.

-"Is he putting his veggies in your tray again?" Jason asked with a laugh.

-"Yes! Again!" Walid said rolling his eyes.

-"Oh shut up you whinny bitch! My mom obliges me to eat them!" Imad said.

-"And she buys you Starbucks at 3am if you ask for" Walid threw back and Jason laughed heartedly.

-"You jealous?" Imad said as he threw a baby carrot at Walid that he dodges easily, grabbing it and put it in his mouth and chewed on it slowly just to annoy him.

-"You are so annoying Walid!"

-"Thanks darling, any more complements?"

-"You act like a married couple you two" Jason mused and struggled a bit with his lunch, but no one of them dared to help him, because they both knew it would hurt his pride.

-"So!" Imad said as he looked st Jason.

-"His brother found a job" Walid said.

-"Really?" Imad asked happily.

-"Yes! And this time, it's a good one that's going to last" Jason said excitedly.

-"I'm happy for you buddy!" Imad said sincerely.

-"before I forget! What about our group project!" Walid said suddenly.

-"I totally forget about it" Imad said.

-"it will be due by the end of the semester, so, we got time"

The bell rang and they all sighed.

-"Lets escort you to your classroom buddy" Walid said to Jason.

-"No need, I am with him in the same class until next period" Imad said.

-"Okay then, see you after school!" Walid said and run to his class.
