"Adam, if you stopped kissing me, maybe supper would be done faster!" I yelled at my boyfriend. His arms were locked around my waist, his lips locked against my cheek. He wouldn't stop kissing me and it was driving me crazy in two ways. Adam was complaining he was hungry for supper but yet, he continued to kiss me, getting me off track yet again.
Dougie walked into the kitchen and asked me, "When's supper ready?"
I wanted to turn around to face him, but Adam made my unable to move. "I would say very soon... but I can't even grab the spaghetti to put into the water. So it may take another half hour," I told Dougie.
"Adam," Dougie groaned, "get off of your girlfriend. This is the kitchen not the bedroom. The kitchen is where you cook, the bedroom is where you kiss and fuck." Adam and I snickered. Dougie turned around to walk back to wherever he came from but turned back. "Oh and Olivia, when you're actually making the spaghetti, could you make sure there are no cooties in it. Alright?"
"I'll try to make sure there's none, Dougie. I'm not sure of Adam will be able to keep that vow," I told Dougie.
Dougie left for real now. "Literally Adam, the water's boiling, I can't reach the spaghetti, and the hamburger's probably turning black on one side because I can't turn it. Please let go of me," I begged.
Adam's hands let go of mine. He sat on the counter beside the stove and looked at me. I looked at Adam. "I find this more uncomfortable than when you were kissing me constantly."
"That reminds me," Adam hopped off of the counter, I took a step back. I was kissed out of the day. "I need to get a glass of water but my lips are dry and numb."
I pointed my spatula at Adam. "That was self-inflicted; I wanted you to stop but you didn't."
Adam took a sip of water and smiled at me. "It was fun though."
I smiled back at him. "Adam..."
Adam moved closer to me and wrapped his arms around my waist again. "It's not like Dougie's going to care," he whispered. "He got his change with you... now I've got mine."
Adam placed his lips on mine; I didn't fight off his lips. I caved into them and began to force my lips against his. Footsteps softly echoed in the apartment, I knew Dougie was there, watching us. For the past few days, I've decided on the fact that I don't care what anyone thinks anymore. If I want to kiss Adam, I will kiss Adam because that's what I want to do in my life. I may like Dougie, but I think I may like Adam even more.
