Meek Pov
Nicki and Ma walked in the house, i sat up and Nicki sat next to me
Meek: you okay
She nodded
Meek: everything went good
Kathy: yea, we'll talk later
I nodded
Nicki: im tired
Meek: go lay down.. come get one of us you need us
She nodded and hugged me, then hugged ma
Kathy: i love you Nic
Nicki: i love you to mama
Meek: love you Nic
Nicki: love you too Meek
She smiled a little and went upstairs, i went in the kitchen and ma grabbed her juice out the fridge
Kathy: i knew she was broken but not like that Meek
I looked at her
Meek: its gonna take a minute for her to get back
Kathy: yes but Kim wants to see her twice a week.. until shes more open and them cut it down to once a week, then once every two weeks
I nodded
Kathy: shes scared to love or trust us..
I sighed and scratched my head
Meek: imma teach her how to swim next week if she left me..
She nodded
Kathy: she might.. I'm just want her to be able to trust us and come to me about anything
Meek: its just gonna take him ma
She sighed and nodded
A Month Later
Nicki Pov
The class filled up slowly and i sat in my normal seat, Ms.Jones came over to my seat and i looked up
Jones: we have a new student coming, you mind if she sits next to you
Nicki: thats fine
She nodded and left. My Health Science 2 class was the only class me and Meek didnt have together, everybody pretty much knew each other. I kept to myself then though Ms.Jones tries to get me to talk more. My phone went off and i looked back at the door. I got up and put my phone in my pocket, Meek smiled and hugged me
Meek: you good
Nicki: she putting somebody next to me
Meek: you gonna talk to em
Nicki: maybe, you know im not a people person
Meek: i know.. after school, you gotta appointment with Kim and then imma take you driving again
Nicki: okay, can i just meet you outside
Meek: Nic
Nicki: please, if i get lost then ill call you or look for Omelly or somebody..
Meek: alright, i trust you
He kissed my forehead and the warning bell rung
Nicki: go to class before youre late Meek
Meek: alright, text me if you need me
Nicki: i will, now go
He jogged off and i went back in sat in my seat.
