**My apologies! I didn't mean for so much confusion! My attempt to make everything so mysterious was too vague and too veiled lol! Hopefully this clears it all up!** Vote and comment, pretty please! Xoxo Enjoy!

As Katie spoke with Deputy Eglee, preparing the paperwork to press charges and give her statement on the incident, Deputy Kane took Happy to holding. Jax was there already, as planned, but he wasn't expecting to see Happy for another ten hours. No one spoke until they were alone.
"You're early," Jax remarked.
Happy shrugged, "Saw an opportunity."
"You saw an opportunity?" Jax was clearly annoyed. "10 hours is the difference between another day here and being transferred to County."
"I know," there was a tinge of concern in his voice. "I found an in so I took it."
"An in?" Jax asked skeptically. "What was it?"
"Domestic shit," he huffed.
"You went to Katie's?" Jax asked angrily. "We're supposed to keep her away from this shit. Domestic calls aren't keeping her away, she's involved now."
"She's my old lady," he snapped. "It's my call."
"Is she?" Jax sneered. "Cause you been gone, she's having your kid and you wouldn't contact her."
"This isn't your call and it ain't your business," Hap said angrily.
Jax shook his head, "Maybe nomad is the best move for you."
"Ya wanna make a move on Katie?" Happy growled, lunging at the cell doors with a grunt. "When I get the fuck outta here," he snapped.
"What?" Jax smirked, watching as Happy got more and more furious. "Huh? What are you gonna do when you get outta here?"
"Stop," Katie shouted from the end of the hall. "What the fuck is wrong with you guys?"
Jax and Happy both snapped their heads around to see her, arms crossed over her chest, with an angry expression on her face.
"I told her she could talk to you, don't make me regret it," Eglee warned.
"We're good, Candy," Jax said sweetly, charming her as he usually did.
"What the fuck?" Katie hissed once Eglee left the area. "I don't even know who the fuck either of you are anymore."
"It's fine," Happy shook his head.
"No, it's not," Katie said angrily. "Someone is going to tell me what the fuck is going on or I'm taking Charlotte and this baby, and neither of you will see any of us again."
"Katie, come on," Jax begged.
"Tell me, Jax," she looked at him with sad eyes. "Please."
"I killed Heather," Happy suddenly spoke up, "It was months ago. Retaliation for rattin' you out. I stayed gone though, cause of you and Jax. I'm here now to tie up some loose ends. That's it."
"Thank you for your honesty," Katie said sadly, "And taking care of Heather. I want more though. Why did you do that? Why did you grab me and-"
"He put his hands on you?" Jax asked, furious at the idea.
"Stop," she looked at Jax. "You guys are locked up, I'm running this now."
"I wasn't gonna hurt you, I just needed to get locked up," he said, hanging his head. "I'm sorry, I didn't wanna scare you."
"You did," she snapped. "Why did you need to be locked up?"
"Christ," Jax hissed, "I'm fucking tellin' her," he said to Happy. "We needed to get locked up so we can get to Clay, he's working with the feds to get us on RICO. He was released, they wanted to get dirt, but no one gave him shit cause Jacob told us their plan. He got picked up again on bullshit charges so he can talk to Otto and some of the old timers. I want to be the one who takes that bastard out, so I'm trying to get to locked up again."
