Chapter 20

RECAP

"Tell me one thing Louis. And I want you to be completely honest with me."

"Go ahead."

"Do any of the boys know about me and the twins?"

He doesn't anser so I repeat my question once again.

"Louis. Do the boys know about the twins and I, or do they not?" As soon as he's about to give me an answer his phone rings.

And of course he answers the call.

"Hello?" He ansers the call, but hes still looking at me with a blank expression on his face. I cant exactly listen to what the other person at the end of the phone is saying, but by the looks on Louis face it probably aint good.

"Yeah... I'll be there in a bit. See you in a few." As soon as those last words left his mouth I break our gaze and look towards the floor."

"Listen Lex, I really have to go right now. I have a band meeting that I have to attend." With that being said hes already putting on his jacket that he has previously taken off.

"But Louis, you sti-"

"I'm sorry. I'll see you tomorrow. Love you!" Then he presses a quick kiss to my cheeck and is out the door.

I didnt get much sleep that night. I couldn't. I probably sleept for five hours top. After Louis left, I made the twins dinner and put them to bed.

It was around 7:30 when I decided to get out of bed the next morning. Lucky for me Andrew and Leah usually wake up at around nine-ish. So I basically just sat at the dining room table until the kids decide to get up. Or in this case whenever Louis decided to show up. Which is now. Downside to letting Louis have a key to my house.

I only notice him when hes right in front of me speaking to me.

"Lex..are you okay?" I look up to him with lazy eyes which definetly give away my answer.

"What happened to you?" He ask with concern in his voive, as if hes actually worried about me.

"Nothing I just didnt get much sleep last night."

"Why?.." Because I was up all night worrying about what i'm going to do once you're on tour, and whats the answer to the question that I asked you last night but havent given me an answer to yet. But I'm not going to tell you that.

"i just couldnt go to bed.." Which is partcially true.

"Did you drink your tea last nigtht?" I pick my head up from the table.

He remembers.

"..No..."

"Then thats maybe why you couldnt go to bed last night."

Louis decided to take the twins out so that I can spend the day to myself to get some rest to make up for the rest that i didn't get the night before. Without the twins being here I really dont know how I'm going to spend the day without them here. Normally I would go over to my brotheres house, but with whats been going on recently I dont think thats a really good idea. Same goes with my parents.

House is clean, I'm showered and ready to go. Only problem is that i have nowhere to go...

Now the only thing to do is wait till Louis and the kids come home.

Louis POV.

I decided to take Leah and Andrew out to give Alexis a break. When I went over to her house this morning I saw her sitting in the table with her head in her hands. When I asked her is she was okay you could've definitely tell that she was tired. Almost as if she didnt get enough sleep last night. She said that she didnt, so right away I asked her if she drank her tea. Which she replied with a no. Explains everything.
