Natalie groaned at the realization that she was still in the dungeon. How sweet it could have been if she had really been in a field of daisies with Truth, instead of in this insufferable shit hole.
Goosebumps lined her bare skin as she scrambled to cover herself on the concrete floor, backing into the corner while hugging her knees. "My lord would like to see you. You need to get cleaned up." Arkadios spoke, eyeballing her. Natalie watched him with no emotion, unmoving.
A smile stretched across his face as he leaned closer to the bars. "Unless you'd like for me to assistance you, I recommend you get to washing up...well I don't know." Arkadios rubbed his chin in thought. "How about now?!" He barked, hitting the iron bars with his mace again causing Natalie to jump.
Without replying, Natalie inched to the bucket which had been refilled with fresh soapy water and a clean wash cloth. She washed herself as quickly as possible, trying to remained covered as Arkadios watched her. "You're one creepy fuck." Natalie spat hatefully at him as he watched her.
"Ohhh, she likes to talk dirty." He moaned out, licking his lips. "If you wasn't about to be claimed soon, I'd ruin you."
Natalie huffed loudly, scrubbing her face nearly raw, trying to take out her frustration. It seemed as if everything she did or said had a reverse effect lately.
Maybe it was a mistake moving to Alabama. Maybe she should have stayed in Florida.
Arkadios chuckled as he backed away from the cell bars, putting his mace back into his belt. Natalie washed the rest of her body quietly, trying to hide behind the small bucket while keeping her legs pulled tightly against her. It was a difficult aggravating task. But she didn't want him to have the enjoyment of seeing her naked once again.
The sound of a heavy door scraping against metal sounded at the end of the hall, causing Natalie to look up while she washed her hair. Heavy boots echoed down the hall. "My lord." He acknowledged, slightly bowing his head.
Deceit didn't take notice to him, walking past Arkadios to Natalie's cell without the first glance in his direction. "My Queen." He beamed at her, a beautiful smile etching across his handsome features.
He wore a silky deep purple almost black button up shirt that was halfway unbuttoned, a pair of blue jeans, and nice boots. Deceit's dark hair was pulled neatly back as usual, tied repeatedly down in a matchstick-like style.
"Deceit." Natalie said emotionless, still hiding behind the bucket of water. Maybe if she played along some she could earn herself a ticket out of here, at least some clothes.
"And how are you today, my Queen? You've been asleep for nearly two days now." He smiled, watching Natalie from behind the bars. Two days? Natalie was still groggy and felt as if she had slept for only a couple of hours, if that.
He seemed extra chippy today as he smiled down at her. It struck Natalie as odd but she wasn't about to question it. It was better than his usual self.
He popped inside the cell a few feet in front of her and glared down at Natalie. Natalie flinched as he kicked the bucket out from in front of her. Water splashed her feet and spilt over on the cell floor. "I asked you how you were feeling today, if you care to respond." He almost growled out through a tight clenched smile.
Natalie cleared her throat and stood up awkwardly, attempting to smile back. "I'm fine...Just cold and have a slight headache." She spoke weakly, looking down at her feet as her cheeks blushed a deep pink. She couldn't stand being nude in front of these two men.
