Summer Love (Hayes and Nash fan fic)

Chapter 21

We all watched movies and played games. Later that day we started playing truth or dare.

"Lexie truth or dare?" Ashlynn asked me with a little smirk on her face.

"Truth" I responded I really wasn't in the mood to get up.

"Do you have any secret feelings for anyone else but Cameron?" The smirk got bigger. Did she think I was flirting with Nash or something?

"No I love Cameron more than you think, and wouldn't trade him for anything. Truth or dare Casey?" I asked trying to change the subject.

"Truth" she answered without any hesitation

"Is there any boy you secretly have feelings for?"

"Well I don't want to sound weird or anything but I kind of have feelings for Nash." She answered not realizing Ashlynn and him were a thing.

Ashlynn got up and went into her room and slammed the door..

"We'll I better get going..." Casey said getting up and grabbing her purse and leaving.

I went to Ashlynn's door and heard crying.. What could possibly be wrong.. She knows Nash loves her more than anything. I decided to give her space..

To Cameron: Hey can I come over ash isn't having the best time right now and so I think I should give her some space.

I sat on the couch to wait for his response. He took a minute to answer but I think he just got settled.

Cameron😘: yes you are welcome here anytime.

I got up and walked out and ran over to Cameron and Nash's apartment. I knocked on the door and Cameron answered. Nash was laying on the couch asleep. He must have had a long day. We went into Cameron's room and laid on his bed.

"Lexie I need to talk to you about something..." I knew it wasn't going to be good news..

"Yes?" I replied.

"Well I have to go to Magcon this weekend and after that we have several other places we have to go. I won't be here for a while. I will be gone for at least a month, and I leave tomorrow morning."

"Oh..." I replied wishing he didn't have to leave

"Are you mad?" He asked grabbing my hand

"No I am just worried.." I said under my breath hoping he didn't hear me.

"What are you worried about?" He asked pulling me closer

"Well... There is going to be a lot of pretty girls there, what if you find one you really like.."

"Lexie you don't have to worry about that.. Do you think I would ever leave the prettiest girl I know and have ever seen for a girl I hardly know at all. Lexie I love you more than you could possibly think. You have made my life so much happier. I have liked you from the day I met you. It's gonna kill me to have to leave you. I'm going to miss you so much. I will call you everyday and maybe we can even FaceTime. I wish you could come with me but it doesn't work that way. Please don't worry about that.. That would never happen."

He said and looked like he was on the verge of crying.

"Cameron I love you so much! I really wish you didn't have to leave. Im going to miss you so much!" I said hugging him

"Don't worry I will be back before you know it. I love you." He said leaning in to kiss me.
