Summer Love (Hayes and Nash fan fic)

Chapter 7

Soon as the movie got over. We all stayed in there and just talked. I think they forgot about what happened.. they seem so much better. Nash and Ashlynn were on the first couch cuddling, while Hayes and I were on the couch behind them.

"We should do this more often" Ashlynn shouted

"Ya that was a lot of fun"

I pulled out my phone and saw I had a text from Cameron...

Cameron😃: Hey I need to talk to you...

To Cameron: Ok be over in a minute.

"Hey Hayes I will be back" I said sitting up

"Ok" he said falling asleep.

I got up and walked out of the theater room and headed out the door. I started walking to Cameron's wondering what he wanted to talk about. I got to the door and knocked. He opened it and let me in. I followed him up to his room. We sat down on his bed in silence.

"What did you need to talk about?" I said confused

"Well... Lexie..."

"What?"

"Well I have been meaning to tell you that I really like you.. More than a friend.. I just was scared of what you would say. I only said that about Salara because I heard about you and Hayes."

"Ummm...." I didn't know what to say. Like ya I had feelings for him I just didn't want to tell him and have Hayes find out..

"It's fine if you don't feel the same way.."

"I...I.... Better get going.." I said as I ran out the door

I ran home and slammed open the door. I saw Hayes wake up when I slammed the door but I just ran upstairs and went into my room. I like Cameron and Hayes but which one. Hayes's dad just died though and that would be mean to just break up with him. But I still love Hayes.. And I love Cameron. I heard a knock on the door. It was probably Hayes...I went and opened it and it was Salara.

"Hey I have something I've been wanting to tell you.. " she said under her breath

"Oh no, please tell me it's not gonna make me mad or stressed in anyway"

"Well I lied to you... I feel really bad about it."

"About what" I shouted

"Well all those hearts... Well ya... He kinda asked me out... I said no because I didn't want to hurt you but I just thought I would let you know.."

I had no words.. I burst into tears and had mascara running down my face. Why is this hurting me so badly!

"Well I just want you to know you can have him I don't care he is a jerk anyway." I yelled

Just then Hayes walked in without saying anything. He walked right by Salara and stood by her. He probably was wondering why I had mascara all down my face. All I wanted to do was yell at him!

"Did you think you could just hide this from me!?!? I know I should have never done that with you I knew it would ruin our friendship!!"I nearly screamed

"I was gonna tell you but I didn't want to hurt you..." He said softly

"We are done!" I said as I ran out of the room. I got downstairs and was just about to run out the door till someone pulled my arm. I looked back and Nash was holding onto my arm pulling me back inside. I followed him into the theater room to talk. Ashlynn must have left because she wasn't in there.

"I know what happened and I just want you to know I love you and I am here for you no matter what happens. I kinda knew you and Hayes wouldn't last just because you two were so close as just friends."

"Thanks Nash that means a lot and ya I don't know why I went with it. But I know I have feelings for Cameron.."
