Mor's P.O.V.
It was finally my wedding day and I couldn't be more excited. My bridesmaids were in a dressing room with me. Cassian and Azriel (my bridesmen) were in a different room, as well as Cayden, Rhysand, and Karshia's father, Josiah. Karshia was in yet another dressing room, with her bridesmaids and her mother. We all had our dresses on, and the girls were helping me do my hair. Nesta and Feyre's hair was up in a bun, but Amren's wasn't since it was too short. The girls left my hair entirely down. I went down to the middle of my back and the girls curled it. They took one piece of hair from each side of my head, near my temples, and twisted it and pinned it to the back of my head, creating a ring around my head. Then they lined my eyes with a bit of kohl and added color to my lips and cheeks. They slid the tiara in my hair and turned me so I faced the mirror."Wow," I breathed. The girls squealed.
"Oh my god, Mor, you look absolutely amazing!" Nesta said.
"I'm so proud of you!" Feyre squealed. She gave me a light hug so she didn't rumple the dress.
"You look stunning, Mor." Amren smiled at me. I returned the gesture, and she reached out and squeezed my hand. Just then Catalina and Diana ran in. They were both wearing pink dresses that were knee length, and holding baskets of petals. They were pushing a flower adorned carriage with Astria in it, in a matching pink dress. She looked adorable.
"Wow, Aunt Mor. You look perfect!" Catalina said. Diana nodded in agreement.
"Thanks guys! All three of you look adorable," I replied. They smiled.
"We just came to tell you that people are being seated. Everyone from the KK House is seated already. And the guys are ready for you outside," Diana said. I nodded.
"Thanks," I said, taking a deep breath to calm my nerves.
"Ready?" Feyre asked me quietly. I nodded. All of us, including the flower girls, and even Amren, gathered in a group hug and then left the dressing room. We were outside, and there was a curtain surrounding this little area. I knew that right outside the curtain there was an archway for me to walk through to the aisle, and Karshia and her party was on my right, behind another curtain. The guys pulled back the curtain and walked in. Jeremiah and Ayden were pushing Cayden in another carriage. Cayden was the ring-bearer, but he couldn't push his own carriage down the aisle, so Jeremiah and Ayden had been enlisted to help. Since both Catalina and Diana were flower girls, I chose two boys for ring-bearer as well.
"Damn, Mor," Cassian said, whistling. I laughed. "You look great."
"Thanks," I replied. Rhys stepped forward and hugged me.
"I'm so proud of you, Mor," he said in my ear.
"Thank you, Rhys," I said, trying hard to keep tears from my eyes.
"You look amazing. I'm so happy for you," Azriel said. I stepped forward and hugged him as well.
"Thanks, Az. For everything," I said. "Alright people. We ready to go?" Everyone nodded. We stood in a line, based on who was going first. First were the three flower girls. Catalina and Diana had set their baskets inside the carriage, and they would toss them with one hand while pushing Astria with the other. Next was Jeremiah, Ayden, and Cayden. The rings were put inside his carriage. It was as if the twins knew this was a special day, because they had little giggly smiles on their faces. After the ring-bearers, Feyre would meet with Raelia at the arch, since they were both maid of honor. Then Cassian and Madelyn, then Azriel and Elain, then Amren and Ava, and finally Nesta and Lily. Then Karshia would walk down the aisle with her parents, and finally I would go, with Rhysand to give me away.
The music started and the chatting quieted. Catalina and Diana threw one last smile in my direction and then pulled back the curtain and stepped toward the aisle. I really loved those girls. They were very sweet. Then Jeremiah and Ayden left with Cayden. Then Feyre left. After her everyone seemed to go quickly. I took deep breaths, calming my nerves. The music changed, and I knew Karshia was walking down the aisle with her parents. The music changed again, and Rhys took my arm. He squeezed it comfortingly, and we pulled back the curtain. I walked through the archway and found the aisle littered with petals, looking quite nice. My bridesmaids and bridesman stood on the right, smiling at me. Catalina, Diana, and Astria were stationed slightly behind them. On the left side, stood Kar's bridesmaids, and behind them was Cayden, Jeremiah, and Ayden. But the best sight was in the middle.
Karshia was looking at me as her eyes filled with tears. Mine did too. She was wearing a gorgeous strapless dress, showing her beautiful smooth arms. It was fitted, showing off her curves, and at the knees it flared out making a little white pool around her. Her hair was braided back into a bun. We got to the front, and Rhys kissed my cheek, then went to sit next to Karshia's parents. I smiled and walked forwards, taking my place across from Karshia. The minister began his speech. I tuned out, just watching Karshia, taking her in as though I had never seen her before.
"It's time for the vows. Mor?" The minister said, snapping me out of my trance. I cleared my throat.
"Karshia, you are the best thing that's ever happened to me. I knew the moment I saw you in that coffee shop, I knew you were the one. I've spent so long wondering if I'd ever have my happy ending. If I'd ever find my other half. And I know fully and truly that you are. You are my happy ending, my other half, my everything. You complete me, and I can't wait to live out our journey together. I love you, Karshia Brammah, from the bottom of my heart," I said, a tear slipping out of her eye. She reached out and took my hand.
"That was beautiful. Karshia, your vows?" The minister continued.
"Mor, when I saw you in that coffee shop, I couldn't help but love the person I saw. When you came and talked to me, I knew that you were the one thing missing from my life. You make me happier than I ever thought I could be, and I feel so blessed to have come across this beautiful, amazing person, that is you. Here we are, our future before us, and even if I don't know what it will hold, I know I will always have you by my side, to face every obstacle thrown at us. I love you, Mor, with every fiber of me," Karshia finished. I smiled so wide I thought my face would split. I squeezed her hand, unable to think of anything else.
"May I have the rings please?" The minister asked, turning to look at Cayden. The boys rolled him forward and Cayden looked up at us and giggled. I smiled at him, and picked up the rings. I took a ring with a gold band and small purple gems, and Karshia took the ring with a silver band and small blue gems. The colors of the gems matched my engagement ring."Karshia Brammah, do you take this woman to be your wife, in sickness and in health?"
"I do," Karshia said, our gaze never wavering. She slid the ring on my finger, with the engagement ring already on it.
"Mor, do you take this woman to be your wife, in sickness and in health?"
"I do," I said. I was never more confident about anything (besides my love for her) in my entire life. I slid my ring on her hand.
"Then I pronounce you woman and wife. You may kiss," he said. Karshia walked forward and kissed me, putting her hands on my waist. I put my arms around her neck. I vaguely heard the cheers and claps and whistles. I pulled away and looked in the crowd. Rhys had a single tear running down his face, as did Feyre and Elain. Cassian, Nesta, Azriel, and Amren had huge smiles on their faces. All of Karshia's bridesmaids were smiling widely. I spotted Karshia's parents in the front row, tears in both their eyes. Lucien and Varian sat beside them, also smiling. All the kids were clapping and screaming, "YEAH AUNT MOR! YEAH AUNT KARSHIA!" I smiled at everyone, knowing this was the happiest day of my life.
