Stranger in Paradise

" Eirene !". For the past 15 minutes Kaia has spend her time in the search of the mermaid , who just run away suddenly after knowing the fact that some human eat her friends , fish. " Eirene ! " . It's been awhile she's running in this beach , and no sight of the red hair girl yet. Kaia really afraid and worry , however Eirene is not a real human, it would be a chaos if people find out the truth about her.

"Aloha ! ".She stopped a passerby "Did you see a girl , red haired , fair skin, about an inch shorter than me , she's wearing an oversized black hoodie. No ?". Unfortunately they never see Eirene at all. Suddenly Kaia heard some barking sounds of a dog. She tried to search the source of it.

*Woof ! Woof !*

"Go away ! Go away !". Shouted the red haired girl who ended up , out of the other possible places , but at the top of a tree. Kaia looked up above , she snorted loud enough to make Eirene turned her attention at Kaia. Eirene stared at her quietly , it mixed with the feeling of anxious , disappointment and fear.

"What are you doing there ?". Asked Kaia who only receive a silent treatment later."Go away buddy ! Go !". She told the dog to go , Now luckily there's only two of them in this place. Eirene didn't reply , she even threw her face away from the tan girl. Kaia lowered her head , she thought that perhaps Eirene hates her already. But that doesn't make Kaia back off from keeping Eirene with her, Instead Kaia wanted for Eirene to know that she really regret the things she've done and won't do that anymore. Lucky enough that Eirene now stuck on the tree which mean Kaia have a chance to sort things out with her without worrying that the mermaid will leave.

"Eirene,- Princess Eirene.".Kaia started." I'm sorry for the ugly fact you see that , my kind or human are..eating fish. I know that , in your point of view , It was really evil and cruel. It's okay for you to hate me or my kind. To be honest , you have the right to be mad. But I'm sorry , I can't make all other people to stop , doing that.".Eirene suddenly looked at her , even more annoy than before."Because , in here , we have rights . We have the right to eat anything we want, except of course our own kind. Just like ..".Kaia pointed." Maybe what happened in the place where you came from. It's forbidden to eat your own kind too right ? While you also have the right to eat every seaweeds or kelps you see in the ocean ,-"

"No ! We are different ! We didn’t eat your kind !"

There's a silent before Kaia began to talk again." Yes , I know. And I'm really sorry about that… You know what ? My dream is to travel around the world someday, and that's mean that I will have to meet new places and new people. And they could be very different from me too, that's why I'm starting to accept every kinds of people I met. Bless for Hawaii, because it's an ideal place to make that possible."

Eirene got quiet , she have to admit that she and Kaia has a mutual desire , it is to have a new adventure and find every different things that this world have. "I also have to train my self.".Kaia continued."That someday , I'll encounter the person who very much different from me and even if I didn't wholly agree with the life they're having , I eventually have to adapt because I didn't have the life their living. I can't dictate the way I wanted them to be. .".The rule for an adventure for Kaia , is to accept the difference and never complain about it , because that's what making someone go forward.

Eirene lowered her head , she pressed her fingers on the tree showing how hard the battle in her mind. But for her , Kaia was right , however they're from different places . What Eirene thinks wrong doesn't mean it's not right for Kaia."Alright , I understand what you mean. But I don't want to be near a person who killed my friends."

Kaia smiled."Don't worry , I wouldn't eat fish again.".Eirene cringed hearing it imagining how that bad thing happened."Now , Can you go down ?"

Eirene started to fidget."Actually I can't.".Kaia rose her her brows."I just happen to be here , because that scary creature wanted to attack me and now I seem can't find a way to get down."
