My name is Alexia Carlson. My parents were Lena and Chad. I lived in Los Angeles, CA. I belonged there. All my friends were there, and my Gymnastics team was there. Then one day changed it all.
Let me start from the beginning.
We had just moved into our new house. We already lived in Burbank, but my parents were money makers and they just wanted me to be safer growing up.
"Alexia. Breakfast." Mom yelled.
"It's Lexi, Mom! Or even Alexis." I shouted back to her. She always forgot. I ran downstairs to the table where my breakfast was waiting for me. There was a fruit salad in a paper bowl. I started to eat it and the bus honked.
"Go. You are going to miss the bus." Dad said.
I grabbed my breakfast and I stepped out of the house. I got on the bus with my best friend, Ellie
"Love the outfit. You are rocking it girl." Elle said.

We arrived at school, and we piled off the bus to find Taylor and Meghan standing right there waiting for us.
"Hey, girl. Love the outfit." Taylor and Meghan said in unison.
"Thanks," I said again.
We walked down the hallway and our classmates said hi. I forgot to mention that we were kinda popular. We went our separate ways to our classes. We decided to meet again during lunch.
I walked into the lunchroom from math class and I saw a 10th grader getting bullied. Anger rushed through me. I don't know why, but I had never liked bullying. It made me mad to see someone getting bullied. I marched over to the bully and tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around.
"What are you doing?" I asked as I smirked at the 10th-grade boy.
"What does it look like I am doing?" The boy asked like I was blind.
"Well, it looks like you are bullying this girl, and this is against what I stand for," I said as I rolled my eyes.
As I said, I was kinda popular
"And why should I care? You are just a stupid, fat ugly, useless girl." The boy said smirking.
"You must be new. Let me get you up to speed on what goes on here. My name is Alexis and I am the most popular person in the school. Everyone loves me. I have enough power that I can just say 1 thing and your school rep will be ruined. So, try me." I snarled as I cracked my knuckles to show that I wasn't playing around. Everyone in the lunchroom was staring at us, but I don't care.
"Well, my name is Becket and I don't care." He said.
That's it. That was the last string and he had pulled it. I lost control of my fist and I punched him in the jaw. I heard the crack and I smirked, satisfied. His head turned, and he glared at me. He punched me in the side, and I fell to the ground. He started to kick me in the ribs which caused them to bruise. The girls came running over which scared the boy away. The other girl came over and sat by me.
"I'm sorry this happened." She said in a small voice, starting to cry.
"Hey. This isn't your fault. Don't cry. Do you want to sit with me at lunch?" I asked, clearly in pain.
"Are you sure? You look hurt. I think you need to go home, and I will sit with you next week." The girl said.
"Okay. What is your name?" I asked, not really in the mood to argue with her.
"My name is Madison." She said.
"Ok. Madison, what class do you have next?" I asked her, smiling.
"I have Creative Writing with Mrs. Ann," Madison said.
"Well, Madison, Stay Strong," I tell her, she smiles widely.
Elle helped me off the floor and the whole room clapped. I smiled. I loved that school so much. Lunch was almost over, and I didn't eat anything. Lucky for me, I had the best friends in the world. Meg handed me a salad and large water. When they weren't looking, I tossed the salad in the trash. I was trying to be lighter, so my DOD will be higher. (DOD is Degree of Difficulty)
"Thanks," I told them, and we walked to our next class.
