It's been four months since Perry started working at the diner and it's been 5 months since she was pregnant. While at first her seductiveness reigned the diner, it came to a halt . A baby bump will do that to you. Customers have reduced their tips and time at the diner. Perry finally felt the hit to be average.

She would've felt the heat of not being the center of attention but at this point she couldn't care less. Her morning sickness has finally come to an end,her feet stop swelling, and she hasn't had a cramp in weeks. She started to leave the house with no makeup and less than done hair. She was tired of the BS of being pretty. Plain was enough. For now.

Throughout this process of pregnancy and not having the energy for appearance, there was someone there. He went by Marko, rumors say his real name is Leslie. Marko would come every day that Perry was there. He enjoyed her more than anyone ever did or would. He wanted her to be his. Of course he hasn't even gotten to the friend part but he was working on it. He didn't have a plan either. He just knew from the moment he laid eyes on her that she was the one.

Now to Perry, he was a nuisance. Never left her alone. Not one day since she was his waitress. He wouldn't have another waitress, only her. Despite being annoying, she has come to enjoy it a little bit. She'll even entice him sometimes. He didn't know how to flirt so she tried to teach him. It didn't work out. Perry found it the funniest thing. He was a little boring too but he always made her smile. (Most of the time with the tip)

"Guten tag" ("Good afternoon") Marko said, like every other afternoon.he said he was learning German. He only learned those two words.

"Guten Tag to you sir." Perry said with a half grin. She poured his regular coffee.

"You're getting big now." Marko pointed out.

Perry gave him a side eye stare. She was finally not caring. "Thanks for reminding me," she sighed. "My belly is driving away my good customers."

He looked down at his feet. He knew he shouldn't have mentioned it now. He's not always the best with people. "You don't need people who just leave you. You need Loyalty. For instance , me.

I will never leave your side." He felt contempt with what he said.

"That's comforting...." She sighed once more as she turned around. She then rolled her eyes. Him is all I'm going to get.unless Doss finally steps up.

Marko didn't know about Doss. Nor did he care to find out about any suitors at all. (Does was definitely not a suitor.. he put a ring on Vaughn and it's stuck. Perry on the other hand, will not give up.) He just knew he could get her to like him. Hate and love are just separate by one thing line. All he needed was for her to cross over a little bit to the love side. In fact he already gotten her to do it. (In his head at least) she half smiled. That was the most he gotten yet. He hit the jackpot.

Marko left an higher tip than normal on the table. $20. Sat on the table. Perry sat down and felt the money in her hand. It was real alright. She has never gotten this big of a tip before. She knew from that point his intentions because the tip was bigger than his bill. He only gotten coffee. She smiled all the way at the money. If she smiled that big then she saw him she knew it was so much more. She would use this to her and advantage for her and the baby. She held her stomach. Things were going to be alright.
