Chapter Five

Sasha's POV

"Sasha honey wake up." I heard my moms familiar voice say causing me to slowly wake up.

"But mom I want to sleep." I say and groan as she opens the curtains revealing the bright sun.

"Ahh!" I yell out and cover my eyes earning a laugh from my mom.

"Come on Sasha your not a vampire." She says and pulls me out of my comfortable bed.

"How do you know?" I ask

"Cause I do, why were you home so late last night?" My mom questions making me tense a little.

Totally not at a party and underage drinking.

"I was out with friends" I answer making my mom hum as we walk downstairs.

"What did you guys do?" My mom asks as she makes herself a cup of coffee.

"Just watch some movies and eating snacks." I answer making her nod.

"Okay just let me know next time when you leave, your father and I were worried." My mom says making me nod.

"Yeah sorry about that." I say

"Want to help me make some breakfast?" My mom asks making me shake my head.

"As much as I would love to, can I go visit Bayley?" I ask making my mom nod.

"Yeah of course, was she with you last night?" My mom asked making me nod.

"Yeah Becky and Charlotte to." I say

"Okay you can go visit." My mom says making me smile and kiss her cheek.

"Thanks Mom" I say and head upstairs to change out of my house clothes. As I do my morning routine I let my mind wander off and it wandered to a certain always positive person in my life.

Bayley.

Why did she agree to go on a date with Alexa?

She didn't even really talk to me at the party! It was all about Alexa!
All Alexa all the time, why didn't she even look at me?

And what made her crazy enough to say yes to Alexa? She barley met the girl a couple of days ago!

I feel my self quickly growing angry and head downstairs.

"Bye Mom! Bye Dad!" I say as I head out of the house and to my car. I drive to Bayley's house which isn't very far.

I walk up to her house and knock on the door. When the door opens I see Bayley's mother smiling at me.

"Hey Sasha"

"Oh hey Mrs. Martinez, is Bayley home?" I ask making the older women shake her head.

"Oh no she stayed over at a friends house last night." Bayley's mom said.

She stayed at someone's house?
She never usually does that unless it's with me.

"I think she said Alice or Alexa? Something like that." Bayley's mom said causing a weird feeling to grow in the pit of my stomach.

There's no way she would.

Why would she?

Was she really that drunk that she needed to stay over at Alexa's house?

Why didn't she just stay at mine?

"Oh alright can you tell her to give me a call when she gets home?" I say making her mother nod.
