Chapter Twenty Seven

Bayley's POV

Ten Years Later...

I jogged up the steps to my apartment with a smile. I looked down at the box of chocolates in my hand and the bouquet of flowers in the other. I carefully held both items in one hand as I took out my keys and opened the door.

I placed down the chocolate and flowers on the counter. I quickly walked over to my bedroom to see Alexa still sound asleep. I walked into the kitchen and pulled out some pots along with some food ingredients to make breakfast.

I cooked up Alexa's favorite breakfast, pancakes and bacon. Once I finished cooking I served a plate for her and also served a cup of orange juice.

I walked back into the bedroom to find her still sleeping. I placed the plate of food and the orange juice on her night stand. I leaned down and placed a soft kiss against her cheek.

"Baby wake up" I say making her groan.

"It's too early." She whined.

"Wow I guess I'll just throw these pancakes away then." I say causing her eyes to shoot open.

"You made pancakes!" She yells out happily, pulling me into a hug.

"Of course, love" I say making her blush.

"Happy anniversary babe." Alexa says, taking a bite out of the bacon.

"Happy anniversary. I can't believe it's been ten years." I say with a sigh causing her to groan.

"I know, we're old now." She says making me gasp.

"We are not!" I argue making her hum.

"We are in our late twenties, I guess that's not bad." She says making me nod.

"What do you want to do today?" I ask, eating a small chunk of one of her pancakes earning a hit to the hand.

"Well I don't know. We could go watch a movie?" Alexa says making me nod.

"Sure. I brought you a little something, it's on the counter." I say making her jump out of bed and run down the hallway.

"Baby, you didn't have to." She says admiring the flowers and chocolate.

"But I did because I love you." I say making her grin and peck my lips quickly.

"I got you something too." Alexa says, grabbing my hand and taking us to the living room.

On the couch there laid a giant teddy bear. By giant let me just say that thing was bigger than me.

"Holy crap." I say making her giggle.

"Wait there's more, wait here for a minute." She says making me nod as she left the room. I heard a door open and close. Then I hear the scratching of something.

Are those paws?

I heard a small bark behind me causing me to turn around and see a small puppy running to me.

"Oh my god!" I squealed, instantly petting the puppy.

"Remember last night when I said I was going to hang out with a friend?" Alexa asks making me nod, "Well I drove to go pick this little guy up." She says making me hug her tightly.

"He's adorable!" I say, picking him up. The small puppy's tongue was poking out of his mouth making him look ten times cuter.

"What do you want to name him?" Alexa asks making me hum in thought.

"What about...hmm....what about Flex?" I say making her smile and pet the puppy's head.

"Sounds perfect." She says

"Wait let's ask Becky and Charlotte to come over, they are going to flip out." I say making her nod.

I quickly sent my two friends a text and within about twenty minutes there was a knock on our door.

"Hey guys!" Charlotte greets along with Becky.

"Hey guys, you want to see something cute?" Alexa asks

"Cuter than me?" Becky asks, flipping her hair.

"Yes Becks, cuter than you." I say making her gasp.

"I can't believe you would say that! You've offended me." Becky says

"Hey you made my wife sad!" Charlotte complains

Wife?

Yes Becky and Charlotte finally admitted they were in love and about a year ago they got married.

"She insulted our puppy!" Alexa says causing both of their eyes to widen.

"A puppy! Where?!" Becky yells and quickly searches before her eyes land on Flex who was nibbling on Alexa's shoe.

"It's so cute!" Charlotte squeals pushing Becky out of the way and running to the puppy.

"Wow, I honestly have no words to say." Becky says staring at her wife with a angry look.

"I love you" Charlotte says causing a smile to appear across the Irish girls face.

"You better." I hear Becky mumble.

"So what are you guys going to do for your anniversary?" Charlotte asks

"Well we were going to go to the movies but now I want to stay at home and play with Flex, what do you think Bails?" Alexa asks making me smile.

"Yeah that sounds perfect." I say

"His name is Flex?" Becky asks causing both Alexa and I to nod.

"That's a cute name." Charlotte says

"Isn't it crazy how fast time passes by? It's already your guys third year as a married couple!" Becky says making me smile.

I've been married to this beautiful girl for three years.

It was a simple proposal, we went on a date and Alexa asked the question. As for the apartment we share we have been living in it for about six years.

Six years ago Becky, Charlotte, Braun, even Alexa and I decided to leave our old town and move. We all live pretty close to each other so that's awesome.

Ring Ring Ring

Charlotte took her phone out placed Flex down who she was petting.

"Shoot, we gotta go. See you guys later, happy anniversary!" She says, dragging Becky out of our apartment.

Alexa and I took a seat on the couch. I laughed as I saw Flex attempt to jump on the couch but clearly the little guy was too small to do so, so I just picked him up.

"Netflix?" Alexa asks making me nod. She put on a random movie and held my hand and leaned her head on my shoulder.

"I love you babe" I say, kissing the top of her head.

"Love you too, this is pure bliss."

Guys this was more of like a filler chapter to show you guys how/where Bayley is at in life after the whole Sasha leaving situation. The next chapter will most likely be the same except in Sasha's POV so pretty much showing how her life is going.
